Review of Ally

Ally (1999–2000)
Really Cool Series!
7 February 2001
When I first started watching Ally, I really did it because the show is more about Ally's private life than law. I did not understand that because in my mind the show should be about law, not her life. Well, Ally kind of grew on me that I got used to the fact that law is not really the main issue. David E. Kelley (Boston Public) is a remarkable writer because he is always leading the audience to deal with a legal issue is a suave way. There is a lot of law in the show, but it is just not blunt. I like Calista Flockhart "Ally McBeal" and I can identify with her because of her profession and thinness, when I was her age I also was the thinnest of the thins. I am not that anymore, not because of my but, but because of gravity! She is a very good actress. With "Larry Paul" Golden Globe Winner, Robert Downey Jr. Ally is much more interesting. I wish Downey the best in his personal and professional life. (Take Care, Robert! We are rooting for you ) Downey is obviously a very sensitive person in a tough environment. Well, I am just putting my 5c in because everybody likes Ally.
