I happened to be channel surfing on a Saturday afternoon in NJ and came upon this almost-cheesy rip off of Miami Vice with a Sting-lookalike gorgeous man and a cool soundtrack featuring INXS.
I don't remember the plot, but I can recall: A very pretty female lead character who had over-the-top hair styles and a killer bod that did not require a bra
A neat convertible car

That's about it.... but if I can find a DVD or video of this, I would love to buy it!
