6/10
Vintage Abbott and Costello
26 May 1999
This is a delightful film, full of vintage Abbott and Costello slapstick, wordplay, and misinterpretations. The only drawback is having to sit through Ted Lewis's "singing." The Andrews Sisters are fine, as always, in the framing sequences, although their presence is a bit contrived. Look for a cameo by Shemp Howard.
