“24 years on Darillium doesn’t sound too bad actually. Doctor Who will probably be back on telly by then.” Well, we’re finally here, the last Reaktion Round-Up of 2015’s Doctor Who offerings. A new four part series, 'An Engagement With Franc', will begin airing on Fridays from 23 January, 2009, at 8:30 p.m on BBC One Ni. The series features Franc, a.k.a. Peter Kelly, Ireland's premier wedding and event designer. The series, produced by Power Pictures and directed by David Power, aims to bring some magic to the engagement proposals of four Northern Ireland hopefuls. Though one of one of the few men in the business, Franc has already been a TV hit with his wedding planning series 'Brides Of Franc'. This new series sees him design locations and coordinate performers to create a unique setting for the dream proposal...and all of this without letting one half of the couple know what's going on.
