“The many times we worked together- always wonderful and I was always excited for the next time,” VanCamp wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of Williams. “Sending all my love to your family, Treat. Fly high my friend.”

A primetime drama, Everwood, ran from 2002 to 2006 on The WB network. As the story begins, widower Dr. Andrew Brown (Treat Williams) moves to Everwood, Colorado from Manhattan with his 9-year old daughter, Delia (Vivien Cardone), and 15-year old son, Ephram (Gregory Smith). Many of the early story lines center around the small family's adjustment to their new town, and dealing with the loss of wife and mother, Julia.
In season three, Everwood is primed for drama as Ephram returns from Julliard, read to commit himself to his music, and to Amy Abbott (Emily VanCamp). Andy finds himself with ethical challenges and a new doctor (Scott Wolf) arrives nursing a healthy interest in pancakes -- as served by Nina (Stephanie Niznik). All is not bliss in Everwood though, as a secret from the previous season threatens to destroy trusts and bonds of love.
