On the CBS TV Studios-produced airport drama The Terminal, based on a short story by bestselling author Lee Child, Kligman is partnering with Judith McCreary (Law & Order: Svu), who will co-write with her, and Peter Lenkov (Hawaii Five-0).

Len Goodman has spoken of his excitement ahead of tomorrow (December 21) night's Strictly Come Dancing grand final.
Abbey Clancy, Natalie Gumede, Susanna Reid and Sophie Ellis-Bextor will battle it out to win the Glitterball Trophy this weekend, in the first all-female final in the BBC One show's history.
Speaking on tonight's (December 20) episode of The Graham Norton Show, Goodman says: "It's never happened before. It's one of those things.
"You normally have some men, because I used to think it was mainly women that voted, but perhaps the men weren't bulked up enough this time.
"I think it's exciting because it more of a level playing field."
The Strictly judge refused to disclose his choice of competition winner, but adds: "Through the papers I've heard Susanna Reid is the favourite."
Goodman goes on to point out that it is not always the victors who are the most memorable contestants.

"Like a Cumberland sausage chasing the mustard." "I wish there was some jive to judge." "It was a little bit like the weather - cloudy, grey and dismal."

If you missed last night's first Britain's Got Talent semi-final, you missed a man dancing with a mop, Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden competing to flash the most cleavage and a splattering of underwhelming dancers and singers.
However, fear not, because we have high hopes that semi-final number two will erase all our memories of yesterday's horror show. Young comic Jack Carroll, Voice singer Alice Fredenham and likeable musicians Gabz and Modupe are all on the bill.
And for anyone who watches for the laughs rather than the talent, keep your eyes peeled for the so-bad-they-just-might-be-great Meat Diva. We have high hopes for the Cher/Meat Loaf/Freddie Mercury/Tina Turner impersonators.

★☆☆☆☆ With a 'celebrity' lineup comprising of such TV icons as Joe Pasquale, Russell Grant, Tony Blackburn and - of course - Keith 'Cheggers' Chegwin, it genuinely defies belief that Andy Thompson's Kill Keith (2011) ever managed to see the light of day. There is no greater example of just how misguided, achingly desperate and painfully unfunny this cinematic abomination is than in its poster, which replicates the iconic Kill Bill (2003) one sheet, with Chegwin taking the place of Uma Thurman.

When you first lay your eyes on the DVD case for Kill Keith (depicting TV’s Keith Chegwin in Uma Thurman’s Kill Bill garb and wielding a samurai sword) you really hope that what lies within will be gloriously inspired rather than unspeakably awful. Let’s face it, the idea of a slasher movie starring various TV-am Z-listers being killed off by an unknown “Breakfast Cereal Killer” is a fun idea, no matter how cringeworthy. Sadly, Kill Keith squanders any of its potential novelty value by being a confused and unfunny mess, which is somehow far worse on screen than it possibly ever sounded on paper.

Weddings. Don't ya just love them? The happy couple exchanging their vows. The free champagne. The endless standing around while the photographer man spends yonks assembling the massed hordes to smile cheesily at a camera lens. Not to mention the banquet meals, the awkward speeches and the equally uncomfortable dad dancing to 'The Lady In Red' or some other time-honoured classic.
So, as with weddings, let's look at some of the familiar hallmarks that are present and correct in The Wedding Of River Song...
The Quaking Groom

Yes, The Doctor has realised that Judgement Day has arrived on April 22nd 2011. It's the moment that he meets his maker, zapped by River Song in an astronaut suit and left to die before he can regenerate.

According to Russell Grant, the Sagittarian could be plagued by work and family pressures in another challenging but exciting year.
There will be no hesitation or lack of confidence in facing some of the most daunting tasks the actor has ever come across in July.
The 48-year-old should watch out for awkward or unexpected developments around the end of August and he could find himself accident prone in October.
Grant added that as the year ends, Pitt will probably have a major.

The astrologer, who was fired out of the cannon during the BBC One show's Wembley special, explained how the prop worked during an appearance on ITV1 breakfast show Daybreak. Grant said: "The worst thing about it... is that in fact, it was shaped like a coffin... Then I saw this little thing - it was like a little tea tray. "Now, although I've lost a lot of weight, I am not light. I had to go on this tea tray, and I said to her, 'Where's the safety harness?' and she said, 'There isn't one. You just lie on it', so up I went." While watching a video clip from his routine, Grant added: (more)...

Russell Grant has opened up about the positive effect that music, dance and drama have had on his life in recent years. The astrologer, who was eliminated from BBC One reality show Strictly Come Dancing on Sunday (November 20), appeared on ITV1's breakfast programme Daybreak to talk about the competition. Grant, who started by talking about losing weight, said: "One of the things that I said when I first went on this big - it wasn't just a diet - if you haven't got positivity, if your state of mind isn't right, and you want to do something, then you're not gonna do it. "That's why two years ago, the first thing I had to do was to... rediscover my 'bliss'. Where was my bliss? Essentially a one-joke set-up stretched over 93 long minutes, aside from a couple of humorous moments (and a very funny 3D gag before the film starts) Kill Keith falls flat as both a parody and a stand-alone comedy.
A popular breakfast TV show called The Crack of Dawn (think cheap Daybreak knockoff with even less charm) is fronted by hosts Cliff and Dawn (yep, she’s been given this name purely to be made the butt of a hopelessly unfunny joke) whose distain for each other is clear through their strained daily relationship on the sofa. Mirroring his stint on the Channel 4’s nineties morning show, The Big Breakfast, legendary UK TV fixture, Keith ‘Cheggers’ Chegwin is also employed by the show as their roving reporter for a segment called ‘Cheggers Knocks You Up’ (the dreadful double entendres keep coming).

For the last thirty years or so, Keith Chegwin has been known as a friendly, cheeky and jovial TV presenter, commonly seen on breakfast TV waking members of the public at the crack of dawn, and presenting them with substantial amounts of money. Now he’s turned his hand to acting (sort of), as the title character in new Brit-flick, Kill Keith. In fact, as you’ll see in our interview (below), he’s actually returning to acting, having worked on some rather interesting projects early in his career.
In addition to discussing his acting experience (look out for my ‘surprised face’ when he explains where he worked with Russell Grant and Duran Duran’s Simon LeBon), we spoke about some of the more amusing people he’s door-stepped, how he ended up playing himself in the project and how the promise of regular pay meant that he ended up...

Russell Grant provided the most eye-catching dance of the evening again on Strictly Come Dancing last night as he started his performance of the paso doble on top of a bucking bronco. The TV astrologer and Flavia Cacace finished bottom of the judges' leaderboard, but won praise for their "Benny Hill-esque" routine that involved Grant riding a giant bull prop on the dancefloor. Judge Bruno Tonioli described it as being like the "Benny Hill version of the paso" and claimed that Grant was "demented and fabulous at the same time". Guest judge Jennifer Grey commented: "I've been looking at your stars Russell and you'll be here for a long while." Russell Grant could be forced to quit 'Strictly Come Dancing' because of his knee injury. The astrologer - who has become the fans' favourite on the BBC One show - has been told by doctors he should undergo keyhole surgery to repair the tear in his knee lining. However, if he does, it could see him out of action for a month and show rules state that celebrities are only allowed one week out of the contest if they are ill or injured, meaning he would have to leave the competition altogether. But if Russell, 60, continues to dance without the operation,...
