For season 2 of wrestling collectibles show WWE’s Most Wanted Treasures, Triple H sought the help of Booker T to help reclaim items from the sports entertainment juggernaut’s rich history. The decorated legend was honored to take on the assignment as “Head of Special Acquisitions” for the A&e series, which returns April 30. Booker also enlisted the assistance of fellow Hall of Famers Lita (Amy Dumas) and Mick Foley, who hit the road to not only track down these priceless pieces of memorabilia but make a deal to secure them. And for diehard fans with deep connections to their collectibles, that can be easier said than done. Here, Booker chats about the series, broadcasting for Nxt, and the Endeavor era ahead of the WWE draft. How was it being called up by Triple H for this mission? Booker T: It’s awesome to have this task because so many guys paved the way before me,...

Could The Real Housewives of New Jersey experience a major cast turnover after this season? Former Rhonj producer Carlos King believes that season 13 will be Melissa Gorga’s last now that sister-in-law Teresa Giudice doesn’t want to film with her.
King said Bravo will always choose Giudice over Gorga, which likely means Gorga will be missing from the Rhonj Season 14 roster.
Why are Joe and Melissa Gorga ‘done’ after ‘Rhonj’ Season 13
King doesn’t see a path forward between Gorga and Giudice. “Teresa has said on my podcast and everywhere I am done with the Gorgas,” he said on the Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef podcast. “I’m done with my brother, I’m done with Melissa. I will never speak to them again. If Teresa still feels that way. I don’t see a world to where Melissa and Joe can come back from that.”

Even though her days as a champion within WWE are far behind her, Hall of Famer Trish Stratus continues to show that she’s in incredible shape.
The Canadian professional wrestling legend gave fans a look at her rock-hard abs in an Instagram clip she shared on Monday, which only focused on her midsection.
In the quick video, Trish raises her shirt just a bit to reveal her solid abdominal muscles while rocking casual dark pants and a black t-shirt.
“Peek-ab-boo,” she cleverly wrote in her Instagram post’s caption, referring to the abs reveal.
Trish, real name Patricia Anne Stratigeas, is 46 years old but shows her age is just a number. The fitness proponent has clearly kept herself healthy over the years.

Still reeling from her romantic, revealing date with front-runner Brendan on “The Bachelorette,” Tayshia Adams opened this week’s episode acknowledging the bar has been set high for all the guys. She views Brendan as “husband material” but was eager to see how the next group date would play out nonetheless.
The group date consisted of Montel, Ivan, Demar, Ben, Chasen, Ed, Joe and Bennett. Dubbed “The Grown Man Challenge,” a search for a Grown-Ass Man, the fun and games were spearheaded by married “Bachelor in Paradise” alums Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon. Tayshia, who wants to find a man and not a boy, was excited to put the guys to the test. Harvard grad Bennett felt comfortable with his super smart status but awkwardly failed both the math and spelling portions. Tug-of-war followed with Ivan and Ben succeeding and Bennett opting out due to a football knee injury. Lastly,...

Spoiler Alert: Do not read if you have not yet watched the Nov. 17 episode of “The Bachelorette.”
New Bachelorette Tayshia Adams had help searching for love this week, as several special guests joined ABC’s isolation bubble to host dates.
First, Bachelor franchise couple Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon hosted the “Grown Man Challenge” group date, during which seven men attempted to prove their manhood by solving basic equations, demonstrating physical ability and preparing breakfast in bed. The attention quickly shifted to Bennett Jordan, the Harvard graduate who struggled with basic math and spelling challenges.
Bennett faced obstacles in the early round and was forced to forfeit the physical challenge due to an old football injury, but was ultimately crowned the champion after excelling in the breakfast in bed challenge.
Ed Waisbrot, who has been deprived of screen time for most of the season, was named the “Man Child,” and...

This isn't very fetch. Netflix announced Wednesday that Mean Girls and other popular films, including Chicago, E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial, Forrest Gump, Free Willy, Grease, Miss Congeniality and Pulp Fiction will no longer be available to stream beginning in January 2018. The good news is that subscribers still have a few more weeks to work their way through their queues before dozens of new movie titles—including Bring It On, The Godfather, National Treasure and Rent—replace them. Six seasons of ABC's Lost and four seasons of NBC's Law & Order: Special Victims Unit are also going to be removed from Netflix's library; all titles and dates are subject to change, of...

While October usually signals the arrival of all sorts of spooky, creepy, scary, and otherwise appropriately Halloween-themed films to both theaters and streaming services, this month’s batch of new titles on Netflix offers up a delightfully wide variety of choices that aren’t all tied to the year’s primary celebration of fear. Sure, those titles are there — from more mainstream chillers like “Cult of Chucky” and the new original “The Babysitter,” to more offbeat picks like the cannibal coming-of-age tale “Raw” and the seminal “Donnie Darko” — but this month’s incoming list has more than enough for movie fans who don’t want to shriek at their televisions.

"I sometimes think, Do people find this interesting?" Todrick Hall shrugs. "Because this is my life every day and, you know, people could do this if they wanted to."
We are standing just backstage at the historic Theatre at Ace Hotel immediately following the Outfest screening of Behind the Curtain: Todrick Hall, a documentary that followed Todrick as he wrote and recorded a full-length visual album, Straight Outta Oz, then turned that album into a stage show and toured nationwide to perform it. From our vantage point behind the velvet curtain, we can watch the attendees -- hundreds of fans, friends and other industry folk -- filing out under the glimmering mirrored ceiling into the Broadway Theater District of Downtown L.A. I've asked Todrick if this all feels as glamorous to him as it seems.

Open Road Films have released a brand new trailer for their upcoming comedy-drama Home Again, which you can view in the player below.
Home Again follows the story of a woman (Oscar Winner Reese Witherspoon) who turns forty and was recently separated from her husband. She somehow ends up with three aspiring (and hunky) directors living under her roof and hilarity, and love, ensues. The film will certainly have a familiar look to many as it has all the hallmarks of a Nancy Meyers film, the acclaimed writer/director behind such films as It’s Complicated (which starred Meryl Streep and Steve Martin), Something’s Gotta Give (with Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton), The Holiday (which starred Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet) and The Intern, her most recent film which starred Anne Hathaway and Robert De Niro.

Who needs a crown when you’re Yekaterina Petrovna Zamolodchikova? Sure, the cash prize and title of America’s Next Drag Superstar would have been great for Katya (real name: Brian McCook), but the drag queen ran away with the competition on RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars season two. On Twitter, she was dubbed Time’s “Person of the Year.” She has since appeared on her own web series, I’m Not a Doctor and UNHhhh with fellow contestant Trixie Mattel. And Bjork even took notice!
Inspired by the likes of comedians Tracy Ullman and Maria Bamford, gymnast Elena Zamolodchikova, a past college professor and McCook’s own real-life anxiety, Katya is a persona unlike any other seen on eight seasons of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Her blend of charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent easily earned her the title of “Miss Congeniality” and made her a favorite of longtime fans.

When two women at the top of their fields unite for a movie that plays to their obvious comedy strengths, led by a female director with a proven track record in the female comedy genre, you have to wonder through an excruciating 87 minutes of film, if they knew they were making one of the most unfunny, dull, offensive, cringe-inducing movies to come out of Hollywood in a very long time. Bringing one of TV’s most flamboyant stars and one of Hollywood’s top actresses together must have looked good on paper but Sophia Vergara and Reese Witherspoon flounder in a script that denies them the chance to use their strengths. It’s hard to know who comes off worse. Wrestlers have been invading the movies for years. After all, who better to dole out some scripted, Ott grappling than the men who make it their living?
The wrestling industry has everything that Hollywood loves: stars with name recognition, fight scenes, rippling muscles, beautiful women and drama so heightened that it’s in danger of leaving orbit.
While the movies they appear in are often stupid stupid dumb stupid, megastars like Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin, John Cena and Dave Bautista have all achieved a certain level of Hollywood success, in movies like No Holds Barred, The Expendables, The Marine, and Guardians of the Galaxy respectively. Oh, and you may have heard of an actor on the independent movie circuit called Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.

Reese Witherspoon and Sofia Vergara team up in this month’s Hot Pursuit, a buddy cop-meets-odd couple shindig in the vein of The Heat or Miss Congeniality.
Taking a break from the darker work that she’s been doing lately (notably Wild and Gone Girl), Witherspoon goes back to her comedic roots as Cooper, a straight-laced cop tasked with transporting a drug lord’s widow to Texas.
Sofia Vergara plays that widow, Daniella, who is also the lone survivor of a mass assassination of drug kingpins. With criminals and crooked cops alike out to get them, Cooper and Daniella flee for their lives, butting heads along the way.
We’re incredibly excited to see the Legally Blonde and "Modern Family" stars clumsily figure out a way to work together on what is sure to be a hilarious road trip (or involuntary witness protection programme).

The pair used their Twitter accounts to leverage the popularity of the now infamous “#TwitterBowl,” calling upon their fans to help support their respective charity (and football team).

It might be a cliche but Miss USA had a message to the world's terrorists during Miss Universe 2015 pageant on Sunday, Jan. 25 — just focus on hope, love, and peace! In a much retweeted moment during the always-controversial interview section of the pageant, Miss USA Nia Sanchez was asked what her message would be to the terrorists. And channeling that Miss Congeniality scene where all pageant contestants ask for world peace, Sanchez's response was pretty much textbook. "What message would you give to terrorists?" Sigh. #missuniverse A video [...]...

I kid, I kid, but I’m also kind of serious. When someone mentions Tyler Perry, it’s only fair to think of him dressing up in old lady drag, bible thumping, and moralizing about how women shouldn’t open their legs for any good looking dude like they are a 24-hour Golden Corral. (Seriously, did you see Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor? Way to send a message to women that if they are not faithful, they’re going to get AIDS and everyone will hate them. Ugh!)
But here’s the thing: Ty Ty isn’t the owner of these kinds of movie tropes, so it’s about time we stop acting like it and recognize other movies that rely on these storytelling motifs. For example:

Lita was inducted into WWE’s Hall of Fame in 2014 due to the tremendous success she accomplished in her career. She started in WWE in early 2000, won the Women’s Championship four times and retired in 2006.
She had a lot of success in WWE both as one of the most popular women in company history and one of the baddest girls that there was. She also showed that not only was she fearless in the ring as she did high flying moves like a hurricanrana and moonsault regularly, but she also wasn’t afraid to show off her body. If there’s one thing we could say about Lita is that she even though she was mysterious in some ways she was never that show.
When she left WWE in 2006 it surprised people because she was only 31 years old at the time and had a lot of wrestling left in her.

Bianca Del Rio, known for her tell-it-like-it-is attitude, was crowned the winner of the sixth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race.
Bianco Del Rio Wins RuPaul's Drag Race
Del Rio beat out both Courtney Act and Adore Delano for the title of America’s Next Drag Superstar and the $100,000 winnings. Though it was close between the final three, Del Rio had emerged as the one to beat – never having found herself in the bottom two and winning three separate challenges throughout the season.
“I feel like I am the luckiest entertainer in the world right now… it's an incredibly rewarding experience to have this honor and I'm proof that anything is possible,” Del Rio said in a statement following her win. “I extend my love and gratitude to the talented World of Wonder family, Logo TV, the amazing fans, and especially RuPaul. Ru, please remember to tell the IRS that my name is Pablo Sanchez.

Women have always been a constant in wrestling. They might not always be inside the ring but a wrestling promotion’s roster is usually full of the fairer sex in some form. Recently, WWE has pushed their women’s division through their reality show Total Divas and moves their “reality storylines” into the ring. The newest crop of Divas might be reality television stars but there have been many before them who have rose to stardom within the industry.
Women and wrestling have gone together for decades and there have been many names that have stuck with fans throughout the year. Some got by on their in-ring ability while others became popular with fans because of their drop dead good looks and their ability to charm a crowd. No matter how these women achieved fame, the bottom line is that they have become part of wrestling lore so...

She was not your typical Diva.
Lita was gorgeous and athletic, for sure, but she was also a tattooed bad girl whose punk-rock aesthetic perfectly captured the Attitude Era’s edgy allure.
Success did not come overnight for Amy Dumas. Before she became Lita, she travelled solo to Mexico City to learn the craft of wrestling from luchadors.
When fame (and infamy) came in WWE — thanks partly to risque storylines culled from messy real-life romances, and partly due to some outstanding matches — she was a show-stealer whose eventual Hall of Fame induction seemed assured.
With that induction now just around the corner, WhatCulture caught up with Lita for an exclusive chat about wrestling, her post-wwe life and, of all things, vegan cheese.

On Monday, February 10th, World Wrestling Entertainment announced the third inductee into the 2014 Hall of Fame Class. To the delight of the WWE Universe and women’s wrestling enthusiasts everywhere, it was revealed that Amy Dumas (aka Lita) would be taking her rightful place in the Hall of Fame alongside other legendary performers The Ultimate Warrior and Jake “the Snake” Roberts.
Unfortunately, there have been detractors in regards to Lita’s career, even post-retirement. Some feel she was overrated and not nearly as fine-tuned in the ring compared to the likes of Molly Holly or Victoria.
Then there are people who feel it is too early for her to be inducted and that other Divas (such as Miss Elizabeth, Luna Vachon, Sable, and Chyna) deserve induction first. While I don’t disagree with this opinion, WWE has opted not to induct those ladies yet. It still doesn’t change the...

The latest WWE Hall of Fame 2014 inductee is Lita, it was confirmed on Raw last night.
The 38 year old who goes by the real name of Amy Dumas is the third inductee this year behind Ultimate Warrior and Jake Roberts. She will be the seventh Diva to ever be inducted, surely by her close friend and rival Trish Stratus.
The four time WWE Women’s Champion helped to transform the perception of female wrestling in her 1999 to 2006 career, showcasing a daredevil ring style and equally devilish Punk look. It was all a great contrast from the stereotypical 90′s WWE diva style of sexuality and gimmick matches — Lita alongside Trish Stratus made women’s wrestling all about Wrestling. Under the guidance of WWE trainer Fit Finlay, Lita and Trish pioneered a new athletic style for females in the WWE, eventually ending up in a stunning 2004 Raw main event championship win for Lita.
