Rating I picked doesn't matter and doesn't play any role in terms of choosing a film to put in this list. The order reflects my current preference in what movie should be atop of the list. At the beginning I wanted to put a fixed number of movies here, but decided not to. Favourite is favourite, I should't exclude a good film just because it doesn't fit in top 10 for example. They may be below everything else in the list, but still be loved.
