Best Christian Movies and TV Shows
by oscarjrojas | created - 29 Oct 2020 | updated - 24 Jan 2022 | PublicSince the birth of the seventh art, many filmmakers have captured the hearts of the audience by offering inspiring stories. With the intention of doing the same, Christian filmmakers began to make their own films, and then the faith-based film genre was born. But very few have managed to make a film with a solid story, complex and interesting characters, and good cinematography, the result being forgettable and preachy films that only some of the same belief would enjoy. However, there are some who, despite not having the perfect story, characters, or cinematography, were able to give the audience a good movie with a deep and powerful message. This is not a list of the best films according to critics, it is a list of the films that have had the most impact on me and on many Christian and non-Christian people. This does not mean that this list will have the most popular and successful Christian films (yes God's Not Dead, I'm looking at you), I took very seriously which ones to put and which ones not, although I am sure that many will not agree with my list, but in the end, isn't that what art is all about?
