Sex & Nudity

  • While free roaming in New York city, there is a particular billboard that shows a woman that wears a top with very low cleavage and it's portrayed in a sexual way.
  • Some moderate suggestive dialogue beetween characters.
  • Occasional sexual references are made throughout the game.

Violence & Gore

  • Despite a virtual absence of blood, this is one of the most violent Teen-rated games around. Players can destroy pretty much anything they see, including cars, freeways, and even skyscrapers.
  • Extensive super-heroic violence, with super-strong characters striking mighty blows, hurling people and objects about, destroying vehicles, and more. Extensive (albeit mostly pointless) firearms use against the Hulk and his nemesis; explosions, rockets, gas grenades, sonic cannons, and more are also deployed.
  • The Hulk picks up people, pummels them with his massive fists, and throws them several city blocks. Players have the ability to viciously attack innocent civilians, though somehow they always manage to survive.
  • Innocent people are constantly in mortal peril. Hulk fails to save some innocent lives.

Profanity

  • Language includes "crap," "piss", "asshole", "bitch," "hell," "goddamn," "damn," "shit", "ass", and "prick". One character says "bullshit".

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Gen. Ross smokes a cigar.
  • Some mild references to drugs.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The villain Abomination's appearance can be frightening for younger viewers, especially his transformation.
  • The game has intense violence throughout.
  • The monsters' appearance, roaring, and weaponry may frighten younger children.
