A definite eye opener, will make a person appreciate what they have and never take small things for granted. All those lives lost over pure hatred is so sad. My heart and soul wept while watching, and one of my favorite lines of the series was when Lali said to Heather, not word for word, " No matter a person's color, if we are shot, we all bleed the same" The characters are amazing, at times I felt I was there with them. It takes bravery and strength to endure the torture that these poor people had to go through. I can't imagine just how bad it was, and how they felt. It's so easy to get caught up in this fast paced world we live in, sometimes we need a reminder of just how lucky we are.
