Review of The Tattooist of Auschwitz

I think although the story is incredibly interesting and captivating, I felt the characters lacked depth and the emotional side was not portrayed very well. In the last episode where they show the real Lali interview was something that was hard to watch, if they brought some of that vulnerability in the series I think it would have been better. Something that slightly annoyed me was that the actor who played young Lali was the only one who had an English accent. However, overall still an amazing story and the fact it is based on true events makes it all the worth while to watch, so I definitely recommend to watch or even to read!
