I feel truly bad for the hardworking people who worked on this awful movie

Warning: Spoilers
I recognize that there are many people who work on a movie and hope that it will be something to be proud of. This is one to lock in the basement and pretend you were not associated with it. I'm not even sure where to start on how bad this was. I kept thinking it was a spoof and the punchline would be delivered, but alas it was not. Here are just a few choice morsels.

The main protagonist puts a gun to the Sheriffs head, steals her car and proceeds to kill several people with the weapons he finds in it, including 1 in cold blood. And the next time she sees him, she just earnestly believes that he's "doing the right thing". I almost vomited into my hand at that scene.

Paul sloan has the emotional and acting range of Gerard Butler on a bad day. I mean, just terrible. He has one emotion, which looks like he needs to use the bathroom real bad.

At one point the protagonist is facing snipers and several heavily armed soldiers with assault rifles. Somehow EVERYONE misses him, even when he is running away in a straight line. At one point you see "tracer bullets" shooting about 50 ft over his head. I mean - I may not be a good shot, but a blind stormtrooper would get closer.

No one questions Richard Dreyfuss when he shows up. The sheriff doesnt even ask for ID, but just starts to blindly follow his softly spoken orders, even when it means driving a mass killer to his intended victims house. I mean. Come on. Seriously?

I WOULD like to something positive about the movie. I would, but I can't. It was a piece of drivel that should never have been made and I WISH I hadn't wasted 2 hours on a plane watching it.
