A foreign exchange student from
Scotland - at least they used a real Scottish actress, feels scared and moves in with a helpful girl and she turns out to have a resemblance to her dead sister. For spring break they return to the small town where the helpful girl comes from and there's some creepiness going on including over protective parents. A Stepford like conspiracy is in the air.
It's better than the usual standard stalker fare. Teri Polo and Dylan Walsh play the parents so the cast is better than average for TV movie thriller.
