Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham... (2001)
I absolutely love this film!
Omigod...if you guys haven't seen this film, then you really should. I've watched this film many times and have never got bored of it. Also, every time i see it, as usual i start crying for every single sad scene. Yeah, yeah, call me sad, but that's me! First of all, where to start? It's a touching family story so if you like those kinds of movies, it's guaranteed you'll love this. Of course, you also have to watch it for SRK.
SRK was absolutely brilliant! Some people think he overacts etc but to tell you the truth, i really don't. What he does...his crying everything is the way he conveys his emotions to the audience. And i think he does it really well. Kajol was really cute. She was awesome. A brilliant actress, she is. Everyone was good...Amitabh, SRK, Jayabaduri, Kajol etc. Kareena really annoyed me a lot though but i guess her character is probably meant to be like that.
I absolutely enjoyed the comedy. Kajol and SRK...both were fantastic. And don't forget Johnny Lever! Haha.
This is a must for all of you. You have to watch it!
Paheli (2005)
Excellent!
I really liked this film for 3 reasons. One is that i like fantasy tales such as this, two because i will and can never miss an SRK movie and lastly, come on, you have to watch it for SRK! I've seen it twice now.
This film has a unique story line as opposed to films like K3G and Kal Ho Na Ho. I really liked the special effects and tricks. The comedy was funny too. Also, i'm a sucker for love stories like this one so i really enjoyed the film. Some of the songs were really good but what really caught my attention was the costumes. They were really beautiful- the ones they wear for songs as well as for the movie. Very vibrant and pretty. The ending of the film just blew me away...i wasn't expecting it, to tell you the truth.
It's a good movie and i recommend all of you to watch it.
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003)
Best movie that went straight to the top of my list!
This was one of the very best movies that i have watched so far.....went to the top of my lists straight away. And i think everyone should know that J.Depp was the best in that movie and deserved a major major award. He should be congratulated with his acting....it was awesome...the moment i saw him...i decided he was my favourite character. HE WAS THAT GOOD. Orlando was pretty good too and Keira as well but the main person that grabbed my attention was Depp. In my opinion, the spotlight was on him! This movie also has one of the best story lines....i can't wait for the second one.....i don't know...i love pirates and all that kind of stuff...so that's another reason of why i liked the movie.
Kal Ho Naa Ho (2003)
Best film!!
This is one of the best films ever made! I watched it a few days ago and i still have the movie running through my head. It is so amazing that it has a lasting impression.
Once again, Shah Rukh Khan steals the spotlight and does a magnificent performance as the beautiful and sweet Aman Mathur.
By the way, i was thinking "What a funny movie" until the end...it just gets sad. And me being a really sensitive person, wow...it just blows you away. Shah Rukh Khan's brilliant performance will stay with you forever.
I was up at 2.30 in the morning, tissues strewn all around me with tears just pouring down my face. The moment you try to stop crying, another scene comes on and you start again. Seriously, i'm really sensitive so no surprise but i reckon this film was the first film that actually made me cry that much. I just couldn't stop!! This is a must for everyone..including you sensitive people out there! Everyone must watch this film! It's just beautiful and it was actually an eye-opener for me! You've got to cherish whatever you have because who knows...tomorrow may never come.
Extreme Ghostbusters (1997)
Awesome show!
It's really sad how this show doesn't come on anymore. It was a brilliant show...i loved it! I always watched it on cartoon network when i was young.
My fave fave character was definitely Eduardo. I don't really know why...i think it was the goatee. I'm not sure but i loved him to bits. i didn't really like Kylie all that much...Eduardo was the one who stood out the most.
i don't really have a fave episode...i loved all of them! I remember this episode where this guy 'married' a ghost and he doesn't like her but she likes him. I liked that episode a lot...4got the title.
At times, Ghostbusters did scare me but all in all, that was one great show! Loved it!
