movie is actually better than the IMDb rating. Don't get influenced
23 April 2024
Minuses (first hour). Before I cleared my mind off the rating on IMDb:

  • it's trying to be much more epic than it actually is - until 30:47, it does not give a proper scenario to assume the epicness declared through music and events

  • filming is not that great, and a high-quality framework does not give high-quality content; plus, it has some random events that do not add up; (plus) the transition from one sequence to another is rushed/ does not leave an impact

  • the gifts that the 6 warriors did receive after the harvest.. you can't tell me, that it's a well-thought scenario: the villigers met them only 2 days ago (or so), and they already presume each's character and make gifts in accordance to their personality?

  • as for making transitions between the scenes, they lack build-up; action just happens, mostly out of a "to do" list - which leads to a nullifying effect over the whole story

Break. Movie after 59:20..

  • I started to feel the suspense

  • Fell for Kora's new look as well as Gunnar's part in initiating the attack

  • Very appreciated that villagers had a great impact in assaulting the imperium army.

You almost never see a tert in movies have at it, not to mention, destroy not one, but two enemy ships. One character even did challenge Atticus Noble to one-on-one combat; died, but still an achieve.

  • liked Nemesis better in this movie, but she still fells slow-phased
Edit: Damn...

  • the smoke signal strategy to dock the mother ship was ingenious

  • the following Titus frame: when he was spying out on the upcoming soldiers, before the start of the battle; felt perfect

  • Jimmy's part was completing

Overall:

  • action was surprisingly good after I closed my eye on the bias against the movie and it felt pretty much compelling to watch

  • all 7's part was on point and I could not have thought it any better, at this point

It's a 7, final, for me - that's an upper limit, though.

The Last of Us: Endure and Survive (2023)
Season 1, Episode 5
9/10
... and the plate has been served
15 April 2024
Warning: Spoilers
So, first of all, the episode was great!

Once again, becoming attached to a character happens to result in a wrong move as a spectator, and yes, getting to see Sam on this episode, to know a part of his story and realising Ellie couldn't have felt more familiar, was heartwarming.

Also, Henry, admitting former actions to Joel, that happened before the time they have met, seeing past the outcome of his actions, into the present and their connection, was fundamental for the plot.

The outcome... well, it did feel like I have wanted to see more of them in the next episodes.

Secondly, I needed to see the leader of the resistance, go!

Infected vs people was a visually pleasing 5 to 7 minute scene. In reality, it felt well deserved for Kathleen who thought she had it all, especially by being a rude b***** to everyone.

Plenty satisfying!

from a masterpiece to something... not so...
13 April 2024
From this episode forward, I started to feel a vague narattion. I felt that it did not keep the intensity from the first 5 (or so) episodes. More, I didn't care that much for any of the characters. Ellie made it clear that she's made to keep using the vulgarity and not to inspire; Joel was... "ok" but not interesting anymore and his story was..."whatever happens, it's not it"... for me; fast forwarding a little, the next episode "episode 7" was disgusting, as the production was clearly connecting the action to a political agenda of their own; even the priest presented in "episode 8" was not an intriguing character. I did not feel the powerfulness of the surrounding events of the movie, anymore..

So, it started to go downhill for me, at episode 6.

It's not for me and I think I will drop the series (and) unfortunately, this Last of Us is just.. a wrong adaptation of something icredible.

The Last of Us: Please Hold to My Hand (2023)
Season 1, Episode 4

too many **** words
12 April 2024
I felt a lack of efectiveness in terms of emotional impact, here - compared to the last three episodes.

The acting was still impeccable, although I mind all the vulgar language.

Bella Ramsey is a smart pick. Not perfect for the role, but smart.

She completes her part as Ellie and coordonates well with Pedro Pascal's character, Joel.

What I can't torelate, relate to and will hardly understand is why all this ill-mannered language is getting a promotion in the film industry - here, Ellie is '****-ing' most of her part, acting like an unlawful girl, but, in a ill-mannered way - which is now how she was supposed to seem, from game experience.

Ellie is meant to inspire innocence, to transpire change, to be rebellious in a encouraging way, not vulgar.

Truth is, the whole frame of inappropriate words puts the actor at a disadvantage instead of keeping the curtains up for the next part, yet to come.

If the series were thought through as an embodiment for the game experience, then, I think they really need to remove everything that's not meant to maintain a suitable experience - which include vulgar words, too.

well made...
12 April 2024
Warning: Spoilers
The plot was complex and insightful.

Although the twists in this were at a minimum, I did not mind it at all, especially because how pure the whole acting and how good the script has been.

Made me feel until the very last 10 minutes of the film, that the characters engaging with Eric, Andrew and Wen were bluffing.

The roles were well put.

The acting was strong - A+ minimum.

The beginning was written in accordance to the main story, as an introductive state was presented and the main characters who had the larger contribution to the plot, were being revealed.

The 'choose your family or choose to save the world' idea had left no space for interpretation. The engaging task was put into motion as soon as the three protagonists heard a knoch at the cabin.

After that, it's all history..

Good job!

Warning: Spoilers
Movie provided what I have been waiting from a Godzilla movie.

As paranthesis, it was better than any of the Godzilla movies created by Legendary Entertainment.

It has good visual effects, great thrill and satisfying story to follow.

Story related, I enjoyed the main plot where a kamikaze fighter pilot whom fright made him abandon his post, turned out to face his biggest fear of losing his life and eventually, came to terms with himself so he could counter Godzilla, to attack him face on while piloting a kamikaze airplane.

I also liked that the plot did reintroduce the mechanic from the slaughter at the start of the movie and that he had made an impact in the main character's resolution to sacrifice.

Most of all, I did love the fact that Noriko survived the attack and in the end, both Koichi and Noriko had to live the life they both deserve with each other. Great subsidiary love story!

Good movie!

Best episode so far!
30 March 2024
It's an 8 because I have high expectations for the future of this anime, as well as high standards in quality.

The webtoon is a masterpiece and the anime did not disappoint. I can only say that a more intense setting would suffice the needs and expectations one would have after reading the 'toons. Also, if they'd make the next season include less story/ episode, from the source as well as more detail and better storytelling from source material, this anime could be the next big thing in the world, while getting better and better.

It is good, so I highly recommend this as well as the 'toons. I did not read the novels but I may give them a try.

Graphics quality is high as well. Great job on making of the first season!

Bad
28 March 2024
It feels empty. I don't feel a connection to either of the characters.

Same old setting, where an american movie makes me feel empathy for the "monster in the movie", and it's starting to feel disgusting to watch such movies. A monster is a monster, you try to make it look like the good guy but eventually, danger and fierceness are objective truth be told, it will remain a monster. I could care less (and many others), if you continuously tell me that a bad situation could indiscriminately turn into a meaningful lesson, which is false. You can't expect everyone to think worryless and accept everything good or bad, whatsoever. Such as movies that continuously tell you that normal is not normal and that you need to be absurd to live a peaceful life, because that is the message. Godzilla needs to impose fear and have an all-out war with humanity, the same as Kong. Not a dozen of people trying to help them get along and brush their teeth.

The story is almost the same as the last movie. Some federal agents trying to find out who the next targeted monster, is. Now, is not Godzilla that is hunting for Kong, it's just Kong discovering a new land and a new enemy, which is a boring turn. It's also taking too long to get to the main plot. Again, nothing new..

Comedy is sketchy as always and as well as breathed. Besides, comedy should have not made an appearance in such an apocalyptic story. The black guy from the last movie which is on this, too, is still not funny, just a forced humor; which is not homophobic if you wonder, but telling the reality of things.

Visual effects are monotone, there are too many special effects and lack real response on the setting, a natural landscape; not one made by a computer or less of any of it.

I don't recommend this movie.

Yes, yes, and no
22 March 2024
Warning: Spoilers
First observation on the film is that, as long as Serban Pavlu is playing, will result on a good movie, regardless. The actor knows how to bring significant emotion on screen and he is one of the best mid-senior actors we have got.

The whole point, for me, watching this movie was expectation on when the two main characters were gonna make out and have sex, on screen. The plot was that simply put in motion, I couldn't think of anything other than the sexual attraction of Cosmina Stratan; she was too good...

Other than this, the ending where Serban Pavlu (God) said the parable towards communication between three man who speak different languages, and the whole scene was so good! I was expecting, still, more time for God, on-screen. Furthermore, the actor picked to play Sfantul Pavel was perfect for the role. His face, his attitude, his general aura, were genuinely on point.

At last, it could have made the movie more interesting if a little more action would have been built during the events. A little, while keeping the whole idea of the movie, which was excellent.

Good movie, overall!

If I had one actor like Dave Batista, I could have made a true 9.0 movie out of this. Had far more expectations from an 8.9 movie, into top 250 GOATS (best 15 movies, now)
10 March 2024
Warning: Spoilers
You can't tell me this movie is greater than any Star Wars movie, aside from episode IX which was not as great as the others.

There are subjects as end of times and a false Messiah that made the public go for such higher rating, which is not a bad option, but storywise and how it was cast, it's not even near that high, in quality.

So, I come with one example of how this movie should have ended to deserve such a grade (higher than 8.3), regardless the story from books, which I've heard is far better than this adaptation.

1) the False Prophet to be beaten in one-on-one combat by Feyd-Rautha and be killed 2) the personality of Feyd-Rautha, Beast Rabban and Baron Harkonnen to have been exponentially shown in better detail, better exploited and the story to be better adapted, so the psychological factor to be on a higher performance 3) Beast Rabban and Baron Harkonnen to still fail and be killed 4) the story in the third movie to continue from Chani's viewpoint, but that would have been only a speculation... and only then, it would have been as good as the reviews.

Movie doesn't deserve to be on a top 200 list and people need to prove me wrong to accept such a delusional rating.

Even if the last one will make it all perfect, in quality extent of the second movie and will have the best ending there is and exceed anyone's expectation, then, it would still be an 8 altogether and this movie, still a 6 or mostly, a 7 in quality.

A big disappointment and could have been much more better!

Vlad (2019–2021)
10/10
I almost dropped Vlad mid season 3. Series was soo good.. until the 4th season, then it started to follow a slow phase. Vlad was not as perfect as the series would display..
3 March 2024
From season 4 onward, Vlad was not the same role model we used to grow up with. He became more conscious of himself, less perfect in this complex way he presented himself; more human..

In a way, I felt as I was wasting my time to reach this point where he felt at fault, because he was not 10 out of 10 anymore, and I could not have respected him even.. he was more of a 9.8, as for now..

He presented himself right, even if he made some bad turns in his great plan for retribution.. which made him.. less perfect..

..and I felt so indignated.

Nevertheless, with all the mistakes he has made, I feel like he deserves the recognition of someone who've made it, at least for now, in the top tier!

..continuing..

The real life actor of Vlad, is, as I've heard - a man who whithstood two brain operations and still made the series performace, as good as it is - from the beginning until the finale of the last season.

Mostly in the center of the spotlight of Vlad, within action that took place, more intense, from one episode to another, and some other characters accompanying him - Vlad left his mark on me as the best romanian series I have watched so far..

..affair of a gentleman as it is; looks of a suitable person to accompany at a dining night and speak curious things; a familist on-screen and a great actor on-site..

In the end.. the series still motivated me and made an impact..

..which is, besides the extraordinary writing from two stage directors (and, aside some missed points in quality over the last 5 episodes - excluding the finale, which was extraordinary) I'd say.. a flawless victory!

10/10 (9.8) - on point!

Madame Web (2024)
Visually good, wholesome with a tint for youth, also lacks substance, as many other movies from this genre, nowadays. Almost compensates with a fascinating settup, to follow
16 February 2024
Movies nowadays should be seen under two perspectives:

The first one is what does the youngers, need and how does the movie provide with a future where they keep learning the right things, from movies?

It's essential, which is why, besides some gaps in the storrytelling - even my little cousin told me that, the end of Madame Web where they would defeat the bad guy, felt weird here and there; it is essential for movies nowadays, that, it may be a better choice to create a more balanced setting, more fun little moments, more morales than the violent settup and risky view of making movies, that we were part of, in the 2000s and early 2010s (us, 90s kids).

Which brings us to the second perspective: taking what's better from our age and adapting it to the youth, now!

For that..

I need to focus on the substance matter.

Aestethically and regarding +13 age rating, movie, made it clear it is a self-sufficient movie, for these motives, and it is also cool for teenagers to watch it - heard, out loud laugher in the cinema area, to tell this.

So, regarding the later problem with nowadays superhero movies, I will give the perfect two examples of late 2000s and early 2010s movies, which are: Iron Man and the Dark Night.

If you did watch the movies or any of them, remember the thrill, the movie did put you through? It's a key word, thrill. It means, every moment of the movie (almost) is felt as if your next 6 weeks of well-being will depend on the outcome of the whole plot. Not only this, but every time a main character succeeds in standing out, giving the right choice of words to the interlocutor or action, it felt as if you can take the example and go out there to try your best in impressing someone or do the same as he/ she did.

It felt, much more real.

Later productions don't have this kind of setup for a stimulating storytelling. Also, the provocative factor is missing and was exclusively replaced by a more harmless arrangement - it's more like, the flower-power mentality took over the industry and we are collateral damage and can't watch a great movie, again..

Plus, in these two cases presented, you can summarise that Tony Stark was as badass as you could have imagined, before even knewing that an Iron Man would take place in 2008 - or Bruce Wayne from The Dark Knight was the most potent and serious out of all the others, played by Christian Bale. They've made an impact on your state of being a teen, watching movies etc.

And not only these two examples, because there were plenty good productions in late 2010s, where you did put an interest in characters and you felt more connected to them, then in these early 2020s movies..

These movies, mentioned (up, above) - and many others that I won't mention, now, these are seen, from our point of view, as quality.

Take from what is, there and bring something familiar into the present way of making films..

On the other hand, these movies - Madame Web, The Marvels, Ant Man and the Wasp - Quantumania, Guardians ofthe Galaxy, The Flash, Shazam: Fury of the Gods (going beyond) - may be seen as mediocre, because they lack something important..

Which is... old standard for quality!

So.. they did start well, with superhero movies.. now, they need to learn how to mantain quality over time and people..

..nontheless, movie felt pleasant to watch with youngsters!

Echo (2023–2024)
2/10
I'm starting to see the problem
10 January 2024
Most of the time, when something starts to go bad and continues in that manner - in this situation, movies and series that are starting to go downhill, as a whole - there is something wrong with the management.

It may be Disney and maybe that would be the right answer.. still, there are some newer movies like Eternals, Shang Chi or the latest Black Panther that fell well into place and felt aestetichally pleasant to watch - that is a minimum statement, because they actually were really good.

It may be, as well, the political conundrum that made an impact and started to affect some people who are part of the production team in making movies and series under the influence of different political views.

Still, that is not what I find to be problematic in the current MCU scheme.

My thought is that Kevin Feige's mandate is too long. Think about the fact that he is the president of MCU since 2007 and until Endgame, there were actually good movies, but after that time, there were plenty bad productions. Those are 2 mandates of five years which most of the country presidents do have - I repeat myself, country presidents. He stayed as the MCU president for sixteen years, already. Think that you have every important decision regarding what the audience sees, for over fifteen years. At some point, either you lose interest in giving the audience the best outcome there is, or you mentally can't do it, anymore. Nontheless, I think there is something more.. but I say no more.

About Echo, it felt boring at episode 2, so I think I will drop the series casually..

What a great movie!
31 December 2023
And I stand by that opinion.

A great movie to end a productive year such as 2023, on a motivational note.

Motivating to pursue my goals and long term dreams, even the most idealistic and uncommon ones, regardless of the nature of the accomplishment or the time it would take to accomplish it.

It should motivate a lot more people and a lot more should be present in the cinemas while these quality-high movies are running.

It gives a message, and even if the delivery is not always on point, because it lacks this and that, the substrate is good and open with meaningfulness and can be taken as an example - such as, the kind of movie that, this is - in making something different and good in everyday's life, or on the long run.

I liked it, and it made a good enough of an example for me, to start thinking more correct and process more information.

Have a great year!

Intriguing. Waiting for the second part! With some mentions..
25 December 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I found this worth of the watch and decided to give it a 6, so I can give the series a chance.

It has intriguing plot, with catchy story and a fresh choice of actors.

I found that it is inspired by a film called the seven samurai, made by a famous japanese filmaker, Akira Kurosawa - inspired by star wars and a magazine called Heavy Metal.

Aside from Star Wars, I'm not familiar with any of the sources.

It sounds that, they had an interesting option for imagination.

Pros: it feels new; a fresh choice of actors beside the ones that are well known for their reputation: Jimmy's actor, Kai's actor or the actor played by Titus - these are known so, its a familiar feel, whilist the rest are less known - which is a pro, I'd say. Even Nemesis and Kora's actresses feel fresh, beside Tarak's, Bloodaxe's, Gunnar's or Millius actress. So, it's a plus, I'd say; another plus is the sketchy scenography. It gives less detail over a complex story to get bored over. Here, as well, I'd say it's perfect they did not use the griffin on the first movie, after Tarak released him from captivity. Even if I know, that they will use the beast in part 2, which is a boring turn and I'd love them to explore more and different parts of Tarak's narrative, than to fall for the same cycle of making of a movie where they use every aspect mentioned now and then... even so, it's still good, for the first part - from this point of view.

Cons: I found the scene where Nemesis fights the big spider that captured the girl in the poluted world, to be boring.

Another con was when Gunnar had to free Kora. It was confusing, because I could not tell how did Gunnar did free her that quick and that easily.

It may be a con, aswell, that the Noble got resurrected at the end. I don't know what to think about that. It feels as if a different villain for the second part could have been a better choice.

I think, they could have worked a little more, on these aspects.

Conclusions: movie, aside from some missed shots, felt as a fresh breath of air, so, I'd love to watch a second part!

Good example for a good life, led by Greg
18 December 2023
I can't express my gratitude for who directed the movie, because I'm stunned. It had led to a beautiful movie and for the spectators abroad, to get to know the image behind these events.

It is truly a good example of how, the way of Jesus should look like for teenagers who are in need/ are simply searching for goodness, where they get a chance to meet and talk and feel in connection with Him and with each other, in a way that only Christianity can get you, to feel.

I'm looking forward for a movie like this, where hope is the main center of action, where I get to see something I'm more connected with, than the standard mindset nowadays, violence and spectaculous.

I gave it an eight, because I feel lile it deserves an 8 from me, rather than a lower grade. It much, shows, how to surpass almost every hardship and be there, to change for the better what you can change, and others can change, with you.

Comedy Royale (2023– )
7/10
Good start! Keep on.. making 'not' everyone laugh! But the true!
3 December 2023
I'm from a country where most of the people from it, are too serious and religious. Our humour will boil down to this: finding flaws in one's actions or in the wide society, in which we live but can't accept that we all live, by the same song or breathe the same air.

In short, we love satire. That kind which we keep track of and could not, and care less to replace with a brighter act.

So, at first, I thought: watching this is stupid. It's not what I get to watch in my everyday life.

I mean, how could this group of people act like there are no standards of preference by the specator/s?

This is what I have thought, at first - episode 1.

Was I in such wrong, because: from the second episode, I started to love it - the comedians, the acting, the improvising, the costumes, the laughter and the energy they have brought to the screens, until de end of the sixth episode.

It is another feel towards comedy that I don't get to experience that regularly, and the comedians are so different in mentality than us.

I have realised, how blessed these people are, to get the chance and act that freely, in expressing the same way they think, without worrying that someone who's watching the show would judge the way they move, or act in this manner/ the other one, and simply be.. themselves.

I'm not saying that I live in a distopian society, myself. Living here, as I am, is something that I would hardly exchange for someplace that is elsewhere, but... watching this show, I have realised that koreans are special, as well.. in a way of being who they are - in thinking how they do. They love living, it feels that way!

Only thing left to say: applauses! And.. good job on the performance, and keep on making people laugh! I would love to watch a season 2.

7/10, for a starter pack.

The Marvels (2023)

Enjoyable, not average, but a little repetitive
19 November 2023
The movie itself was enjoyable, with some mentions:

I begin, by mentioning that some projects from the MCU, post Endgame and majority starting from phase 5 specifically, until now, lack some substance in storytelling.

The series, and movies are, at most, enjoyable with imaginary, solid, concepts and/ or new ideas that still, come to life for me, as a spectator.

On the same time, the problem, it seems, is that the MCU is starting to follow a 'fill a gap' model in production, that most of the time, translates in making a movie that seems to give a plentiful idea of what is happening, leaving no space for mystery, nor thrill but letting the spactator know, that, in producing the show/ movie, the team had all the ideas to fill up the big picture. Then, somewhere while watching the movie, it becomes, at least to say, a dull experience.

So, movies are enjoyable. But, it's a restrictive statement, so, to say.

For example, the MCU will not be considered, to come back to life, as a matter of speaking, until the production teams will do something to break this pattern, in creating movies and shows that follow a repetitive model of events, to the denouement of it, all, that is starting to feel like the previous movie.

For that, to happen, in my opinion, they need not to align to the rules and/ or general political connundrum, but break the rules and give the spectator, a perspective that is found, out of the box they own.

These being said, it's a 6/10, for me - I found, that acting in this movie, was a few steps ahead of my expectations and, all in all, it was enjoyable - with the mentions, above!

Summary: The Marvels - where you find a soulmate, there can always be one more!

Imagine being Loki, at this point - deciding to let all the negative go!
10 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Imagine being Loki, who continuously had a god complex throught his life and make it, to the end of these events, and decide: I must sacrifice myself in order to prevent the worst or a worse outcome in the making - and, where does that leave us, the spectators?

We want more!

We want a season 3 or at least, Thor, in the next movie to find out about Yggdrasil and rescue his brother - or a comeback in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, for Loki, and Sylvie. One, or the other, or the other one. Or anything, as a matter of fact - because leaving the story, as it is, is, at least, a reassuring ending, but, it was too good until, this, to let it end, like it is.

Tom Hiddleston is great as being part of the MCU, as Loki. Don't let him end, not that soon. Be Glorious, time and again.

Show is great! 8/10.

Most professional play I have watched, in a long time!
10 November 2023
This movie brings forth the conundrum of the redeeming men who's questioned whether to follow his inner call, in order to make Lady Justice happen, or give up his dreams and let go of vocations within, in order to let the worst occur in the ongoing world.

While the question seems to follow a significant number of steps that may seem easy to take, at first, the route it ends up showing, that is being dictated by independent forces of the figure who's walking up this path to a happy ending.

In the end, all it needs to happen, to make a living out of this ordinary ambition of being rightfulness, may be the courage to take a leap of faith.

But, who may know... was is worth it, all along?

Vinland Saga (2019–2023)
8/10
Meaningful life lessons
8 November 2023
You need to be well trained in understanding universal concepts like fear of death, pain, courage, fear of war/ war, peace, violence, redemption, then, somewhere in between, you will find Vinland Saga.

The series ilustrates the two sides of a war, where one defines the violence and chaos within the battlefield, while the other represents loss and redemption, becoming one with a peaceful mind.

The story is described in a mature and evocative way, a way that shows you, step by step, the route you need to take from choosing peace over violence - of course, not in the exact way presented in the series, but as a matter of thinking right.

Furthermore, you need to accept change to make it through the series and appreciate it truly.

Many can say, Vinland Saga can open your eyes to some extent and learn from it - learn meaningful life lessons.

8/10. Enjoyed it plenty.

Wholesome movie
1 November 2023
I've made it to this third movie of the series Trolls , at the cinema, with my two little cousins.

It made them happy to be there, and the movie felt really wholesome with fun little moments.

Personally, I have watched the first and the second movies and I liked them both. What made, this one, more special than the last two, was the moment in time it was released, for me, thus have been given a special conotation.

Plus, little cousins felt really well, I've made it and bought them some safe souvenirs with Trolls, and those souvenirs were about little loving sisters, and them were in really close connection to Poppy and Viva themselves.

Had a good time!

8/10.

Ok, but nothing to be blown away by
31 October 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I'll try to make this review as short as possible.

The reason why I graded this a 4/10 is because not of the movie being bad. It was interesting, altogether, but nothing to get out of the ordinary.

Expected nothing, but a little more from the villain Kang, the Conqueror and/ or the outcome of the story come to pass in the Quantum Realm.

It felt like the finale we have seen soo many times, but with all different characters in it.

I believe He Who Remains, presented in Loki series was more refined as a character, had a more complex of a personality as a villain. Kang the Conqueror felt like, he was presented as overpowered three quarters of the movie, then... not anymore.

I've got no problem with happy endings, but I felt a lesser ammount of effort put in the story told then most Marvel movies.

I'm looking forward for the future of MCU, all time, always.

4/10.

When logics and rationalities will be replaced by heart decisions, this movie will top almost anything
31 October 2023
The anticipation for this movie was over 100 percent, and even the fact that I increased my expectations to 99 percent before going to the cinema back when it was released, I was still not dissapointed in the movie.

I loved it.

It is one of the most emotional movies to make it almost on his own, in the 21th century.

Sequal to the first movie, felt as a standalone with an entire new story and new or familiar characters, unexpected ending and an incredible journey from release trailer until the ending credits, thrill, mystery and suspanse or an emotional rollercoaster - you name it, this movie has it.

I recommand you to watch it and enjoy it. It was perfect. 10/10.

It does not deserve a grade lower than 5.3.
16 October 2023
I'm not saying it was an exceptional action movie, but it was interesting and I don't think it deserves a grade lower than 5.3.

The action was suitable for an action movie, there were no banal scenes or scenes that would leave you with a bitter taste in your mouth. The action was fluent and the characters were well characterized, through the sly or dangerous style, but identifiable to each individual.

The film kept me hooked and I gave it the minimum mark that I think this film deserves. The idea behind the film is very simple and the way they implemented it was just as simple, convenient and solid.

Imagine that you are watching a film in which the main protagonist is one, but he has three other small protagonists next to him, who, in their turn, each have a little story of their own, throughout the film, and these little stories, plus the story of the main protagonist.. they converge at the end of the film, towards a scene that is in unison with the rest of the script from the last hour and almost thirty minutes.

It's that good.

I'm not doing a long review, but I recommend that you see it with an impartial eye, and maybe that way, it will impress you to some extent.

5/10 (minimum)
