Million Dollar Maybe is a terrific Simpsons episode with a very well written storyline and loads of very funny moments. It's a really enjoyable twenty minutes as we see Homer struggling to hide the fact that he won the lottery, things get much more interesting after Bart discovers his secret and blackmails Homer in to doing whatever he says, leading to some of the best moments of the season, including Homer pretending to be a neanderthal in front of Bart's class, a gravity free plane ride and even a fantastic cameo from Coldplay. The side story was weak and I found it completely unnecessary, seeing that the main story was strong enough to stand on its own, Lisa looking to lift the spirits of the elderly people at a retirement home seems promising, but in realty it's all just filler. The episode is also very sweet, Homer's motives in the episode are simply done as he dosen't want to hurt Marge's feelings and realises he has let her down, I think any time when Homer admits he was wrong and how good Marge really is to him is a winner, they're a strong couple and it's episodes like these that prove it. Funny and very entertaining, Million Dollar Maybe is a definite highlight of the twenty first season.
Homer struggles to hide the fact that he won the lottery while he was suppose to be delivering a wedding speech with Marge, his dilemma worsens when Bart finds out.
