- Business becomes personal for Frank and his team when Baker is assaulted; Erin asks her ex-husband to represent a defendant she's prosecuting; Eddie wonders if she's being too stubborn after she publicly undermines one of Jamie's decisions at work.
- When Eddie pulls over a car for a traffic violation she sees a gun in the car and arrests the driver and his passenger both claim to know nothing about it. Erin is the prosecutor, she approached by the mother of one of the defendants, who claims her son wouldn't have a gun. Her pleas fall on deaf ears and at the arraignment she notices that the woman's sons lawyer is not doing a good job so she asks her ex husband Jack to represent him which he agrees to. Danny and Baez are investigating a shooting, they learn that the victim is a criminal who is now in witness protection . He says he doesn't know who shot him. Danny later learns that the gun Eddie found is the gun used in the shooting. Thing is both defendants claim the gun belongs to the other.Baker is assaulted. Frank tells her to take it easy. But she not only goes in she investigates the incident which doesn't make Frank happy and she threatens to quit if he pushes her.—Rcs0411@yahoo.com

Eddie wonders if she is too stubborn after publicly undermining Jamie's decision to assign her and Witten's collar to an anti-crime unit. Erin asks her ex-husband Jack Boyle to represent a penniless defendant she's prosecuting in a gun possession case; Jack bets that he will get to take Erin on a romantic weekend if his client is innocent, agreed if Jack attends Sunday dinner if the defendant is guilty. The gun was used in an attempted murder of a couple that Danny and Baez are investigating, with the friend of Erin's suspect pulling the trigger.
