Underseen gem of the independent foreign cinema

The Pinkie Suburban is by far one of the least aclaimed films of the past 3 decades and I firmly believe that we ought to give more recognition to this master class on filmmaking.

For starters, the script and the writting by themselves, provide an eventfull, yet unchaotic narrative thread that keeps the viewer to the edge of his seat and managing to reveal it's plot on a patient pace.

Another of the many great aspects of the film, is it's use of visual storytelling told through the jaw-dripping cinematography and visual style that matches perfectly the direction that the subtextual perfances were creating through the incredible and educated acting from every person in the cast.

The editing and the use of sound and music is perfectly combined with the awesome use of directing capabilities and choises.

Generally, this film provides substantial perfection and unbeliveable perfomances from every department involved in the production of the movie.

If gentlemen you read it correctly, this film is not only cinema, but it is also a phase of the Mexican film industry, taking it to a completely new level, making this feature film a jewel.

I have realized that not all films are good, but thanks to this feature film my way of seeing cinema has completely changed, it has made my way of being change 180 degrees, I can't say anything else that I am totally grateful for have seen this film.

To everyone who sees it, I seriously hope they manage to feel the same way it made me feel the day I saw it, it's full of references that only make me get the best of me and keep pulling, seriously, the director is a genius, a lot More than Guillermo del Toro, in short, a cinematographic delight.

And finally I will say that whenever I see this movie I will remember that there is still hope for the film industry, no matter how horrible the matter is.
