Anthony worries as his foster son Sam Jones surprisingly fails the police academy exam the first time and refuses to take it again, then moves out. Anthony promises he'll always be there if needed. Danny and Baez investigate a murder that forces them to look into an old case where the accused, recently released from prison on a technicality, could truly be innocent of the crime.—KGF Vissers
