They said a nuclear power plant exploded when it showed us a natural gas power plant.
While indoors, the amount of water on the characters varies, switching from barely wet to soaked and back during the same scene.
In the opening scene when you see Predator on the table before the pred-alien bursts out, the table is actually completely different to that of Alien vs. Predator (2004). The markings in the first movie has Predator script reading vertical whereas in Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (2007) they are just lights running horizontal.
When O'Brien and the others are armed with weapons from the dead National Guardsman they clearly only take the weapons and no spare magazines, yet O'Brien (& possibly some of the others) clearly fires off more than the 30 rounds in her rifle's magazine in the action from from picking it up to flying away in the helicopter.
The M4 Carbines wielded by the main characters are seen firing off more than their 30-round magazine without being reloaded.
In addition to the fact that the unit and flag patches are reversed on Kelly's uniform, the flag patches seen by the National Guard troops are backwards (and still on the incorrect shoulder).
The Colorado National Guard are depicted as being armed with fully automatic M4A1 carbines. M4A1s are normally only issued to Special Operations troops. Standard Colorado National Guardsmen should have the basic M4 carbine, which has a three-round burst.
If Wolf's purpose for coming to earth was to "clean" all evidence of the incident why did he skin Ray's body and leave it hanging for anyone to find instead of melting it down with acid like he did with all other bodies?
In the beginning of the movie in the extended cut, when the Predalien is "born". It is shown that the ship is passing Saturn. Once the Predalien starts wrecking havoc on the ship it crash lands back on earth. Saturn is millions of miles away, how can it land back on earth so quickly? Also chances are remote that they'll crash land back on earth. This is a plot hole that was present in the theatrical cut, but the unrated version adds a scene that shows that while the mother ship is heading back to the Predator planet past Saturn, a scout ship detached from it which proceeded to head back to orbit Earth, this scout ship contained the Predalien.
The scene in the school: The alien hunts the kids in the pool and the pool is full of water. A few minutes later, as the cops come to inspect the school, the pool is empty.
As stated in the previous film the date is October 10, 2004 and the sequel picks up immediately where the first film left off. Where are the Halloween decorations in Gunnison?
(at around 37 mins) When Wolf is walking in the sewer, one of the shot is reversed, notable by his whip and wrist blades being on the left side.

(at around 15 mins) Kelly is wearing a digital camouflage uniform similar to the US Marine Corps digital cammies with a US Army name tape.
(at around 1h 10 mins) The Interceptor body armor scavenged from the slain National Guardsmen quite obviously do not contain the hard boron-carbide SAPI (Small Arms Protective Inserts) plates, which create a distinctive flat outline against the vest.
(at around 1h 2 mins) In Alien vs. Predator (2004) it is clearly stated that it takes place on October 10th 2004. Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (2007) takes place immediately after the first film. But in the maternity wards two vital signs monitors show within a matter of seconds show two different dates. These are June 3rd 2006 and September 23rd 2005.
The National Guardsmen are wearing ACU uniforms, which weren't issued until 2006.
(at around 1h 21 mins) When the guy is firing the Glock from the helicopter, he empties it, the slide locks back, but sound effects are added for a revolver hammer falling on an empty cylinder. Glocks, and most other semi-autos, make no sound after the slide locks back and the trigger is squeezed.
(at around 57 mins) In the gun shop scene when Dallas approaches Kelly coming through the door with the pump action shotgun, the gun cocking sound is that of a handgun and not a shotgun being cocked.
This is supposed to take place in and around Gunnison, CO; however, the forest scenes are clearly northern California, Northwestern US with lots of moisture laden moss and lichens; whereas, Gunnison area forests are desert, pine, low moisture forests.
There are no nuclear power plants in Colorado and no power plant of any kind in Gunnison.
Although some scenes of the film take place in the sewer system underneath Gunnison - no such system exists. The Gunnison sewer system is limited to piping, and does not include underground catwalks.
(at around 7 mins) The Greyhound bus is seen arriving in Gunnison at the beginning of the film, with the destination sign in the front window marked CRESTED BUTTE. Although Crested Butte is 28 miles north of Gunnison on CO-135, there is no Greyhound transportation of any kind to Crested Butte. Additionally, Greyhound offers no services on their fleet of buses to Gunnison itself, as these are contracted out to another bus company, Black Hills Stage Lines, Inc.
The Nation Guard is called from Colorado Springs and they arrive shortly. Colorado Springs is 3 hours away from Gunnison.
There is no reason given why the main characters are not able to escape by driving away from the town.
The U.S. Army does not let its soldiers bring home AN/PVS-7 night goggles so their kids can play with them.
It makes no sense that the girl's night vision device would see an alien whereas the goggles on the Colorado National Guard units would not be able to see the aliens walking and crawling around them.
(at around 3 mins) At the beginning of the movie when the hunters find the downed space ship, one hunter uses the butt of his gun to tap the ship. While he is doing this, he points the barrel of his rifle at his kids head. This is not the safest way to use the gun, especially considering he is taking his young son hunting.
When Dallas and the survivors arrive at the hospital, Dallas says that they all must protect Kelly as they require Kelly to pilot the helicopter which is on the roof of the hospital. Although Kelly is a soldier and is capable of protecting and handling herself. The real person in the ground that needed protecting is Molly as Molly is the only member of the group whom wasn't armed with a weapon. Although the Predator doesn't kill children, the group would have to protect Molly from the Xenomorphs.
