Side splitting.

Zany aristocrat Sir Oliver, has had to turn the family home into a guest house. On her first night at the hotel, one of the guests chats to a little girl, who asks for help, when she recounts the story, no little girl resides there.

Wow, I was certainly not expecting this, for a so called horror anthology series, this one stuck out like a saw thumb, but for good reason, this is one of the funniest things I've seen in ages, more like a French farce, this was an utter riot.

You have to wonder why Sir Oliver has had to change his family mansion into a guest house, and why he's specialising in American guests, crazy ones at that.

'They're sex mad all of them,' there are some tremendous one liners throughout, and most of them come from Sir Oliver, he is a total riot.

Denholm Elliott is an absolute star throughout, the way he delivers those lines, and that sense of comedy timing are genius, what a brilliant actor. Deborah Norton was excellent I thought, she brought a real sense of compassion.

Martha is a scream, the way she keeps on popping up at the wrong time, her and husband Herman are side splitting, credit to Valerie Colgan and David Healey, they were hilarious.

9/10.

Oliver's Ghost made me laugh almost all the way through it. "That time of the month you know."
