A group of young people leaves by train. A young man is sleeping in the compartment. He's having a dream: a door with a lock in the middle of the field; behind it - the interior of the room; young people talk about dignity, work, claims, ambitions. They ask themselves: how do we look at the new way of life? What is the meaning of life? What should we do? They are looking for an answer to the question: Who is dreaming of whom - does he dream of us or do we dream of him? . . Young people are on the train. He's leaving.
