After a successful career as an award-winning commercial director, Hungarian filmmaker Attila Szász has made a name for himself at the helm of critically acclaimed period dramas including the noirish post-WWII thriller Tall Tales (2019), the romantic World War II drama Eternal Winter (2018), the 1910s erotic psycho-drama Demimonde (2015) and the 1950s political thriller The Ambassador to Bern (2014). His films have collectively garnered over 100 awards including an International Emmy.
