Jessica Williams is a professional Makeup Artist with over 28 years in the television/film, theater, entertainment, and beauty industry. She is the Makeup Department Head for Disney's new series Saturdays and Assistant Makeup Supervisor for the Broadway musical Wicked. She worked as Key and Personal Makeup Artist for Courtney B. Vance and Aunjanue Ellis for AMC's mini-series 61st Street. Her work includes Fannie (Department Head), NBC's Chicago P.D. (Key Makeup, 4.5 Seasons) Beats (Department Head) Chi-raq (Key Makeup), Southside with You (Department Head), Empire Season One, and assisted on Chicago Fire and Chicago Med. Her talent led her to do makeup for actors, such as Anthony Anderson, Uzo Aduba, Mykelti Williamson, Tika Sumpter, Anne Heche, and Wyndell Pierce. Jessica is co-owner of Last Looks Chicago®, LLC., a career and economic development initiative that creates a pipeline between beauty industry professionals (Makeup Artists, Hair Stylists, and Barbers) and the film, television, and theater industry. She made it her mission to train these individuals on set etiquette and various skillsets to increase their chance to work on productons. Her e-book, "It's Makeup, Not Rocket Science" is a step by step "how to" on makeup application and skin care. As a firm believer in giving back to the community, Jessica uses her craft by doing makeup for Reel Beauty, a not-for-profit organization for inner city teens. She also speaks to incarcerated young women and spearheads hygiene collection drives for women's shelters.
