A graduate of the University of Silesia in Katowice with a degree in Television and Film Production Management, as well as the University of Economics in Krakow with a focus on Management. With over 15 years of experience in the film industry.
As a line producer, he has contributed to feature films such as "SONATA" directed by Bartosz Blaschke and "Thrue Life of Angels" directed by Artur Baron Wiecek. In recent years, he has been involved in various production roles for TV series and feature films filmed in Lesser of Poland, including projects for Netflix, Prime Video, Viaplay, Polish Television and TVN.
In his role as a commercial producer at ISTV Media, he has collaborated with renowned brands such as PEPSI, BP, Google, Danone, ING, PEKAO, Milka, inPost, Empik and Allegro. He is actively involved in supporting the production of the Anna Dymna "Mimo Wszystko" Foundation and the Wiosna Association, as well as contributing to the Szlachetna Paczka. Since 2022, he has served as the vice-chairman of the Young Producers Section at KIPA. Starting in 2023, he has taken on the roles of a programmer and organizer of industry events for Pro Industry during the Mastercard OFF CAMERA Independent Film Festival in Krakow.
Additionally, Kamil Janik is a member of the world's largest charitable organization, Lions Club, and holds a position in the board of Lions Club - Old Town in Krakow.
