A lengthy profile on White House advisor Stephen Miller in Monday’s New York Times shows he was a complete troll at his liberal California high school, where he joined a girl’s race uninvited just to show that he was faster. “He jumped, uninvited, into the final stretch of a girls’ track meet, apparently intent on proving his athletic supremacy over the opposite sex,” wrote author Matt Flegenheimer. When pressed by the paper, the White House pointedly refused to decline the claim but rather told the Times that the girl’s team in question was from a different school.

Last night’s “Last Week Tonight With John Oliver” unmasked many important and shocking details about the complex world of forensic science. It also proved that the Olsen twins conspiracy has entered its most vital stage and gave us a “CSI” spin-off we could only dream of before.
Oliver shed light on the notable intricacies involved in actual forensic science, urging television audiences to combat the inaccurate accounts they’ve seen on shows like “CSI” and “NCIS.” As it turns out, fictional detective agencies have been portraying forensic science as much more accurate than it actually is.
The statistic that began the segment recalled cases that used forensic evidence for a conviction from the 1970s up to 1999, when DNA evidence became the golden standard. According to The Innocence Project, in 268 cases where FBI hair analysis has led to a conviction, 257 of those cases had errors in analysis while nine of...

It seems every day President Trump offers another gift to the late night satirists, which would be funny if it weren’t so terrifying. As terrifying slowly becomes the new normal, the only solution is to laugh. Mincing words about your country’s most iconic symbol of freedom is a surefire way to get the late night satirists on your case. White House policy advisor Stephen Miller learned that the hard way when John Oliver ripped him to shreds on “Last Week Tonight,” following an awkward exchange with CNN’s Jim Acosta over the poem engraved on the Statue of Liberty, written by Emma Lazarus in 1883. Acosta asked Miller if Lazarus’ poem included speaking English or being a computer programmer as a requirement for immigration, and Miller offered a weak response that those words were added later.

Stephen Colbert went in on the Donald Trump administration and policy adviser Stephen Miller on Thursday’s “The Late Show,” ripping the White House for its new immigration policy.
