FPC San Diego Gulf Coast Relief Mission Trip Documentary P1
Robin Tweed was a team member of the New Orleans, Louisiana (NOLA) March 2006 Hurricane Katrina Disaster Relief Mission Trip with her church First Presbyterian Church of San Diego. Robin had just undergone breast cancer surgery 3 months prior to this trip, heeding a calling to join this relief mission. She even brought her pink work gloves with faux leopard fur which she ended up giving to Edna, one of the homeowners helped by Robin and the team because not only did she love the gloves but her sister was undergoing breast cancer surgery the day after the team arrived, so it was very meaningful to Edna. There are so many stories to tell. A trip with many blessings! There are so many stories to tell with team reactions and responses. A trip with many blessings! Robin felt so passionate about this mission that she did a second trip with First Pres bringing several friends with her.
