The Night House (2020)
DIG THE STORYLINE, EXECUTION WAS MEH
Not bad: Going in with little expectations of this movie was a good thing for me. It kept my attention for the entire 1:48. The concept was well put together. A couple of things I thought could've been better..
The demon was vocalized way more than it should have been which took away from the overall creepiness of the character, in my opinion. I thought the demon should've been more paranormal than it was (it made Owen's character soft). Also, the sound was BRUTAL. The one jump scare (you know what I am talking about) was just super long and obnoxious.
On a positive note, I really bought in on the quiet-blank scenes that focused in on the little visual effects that distracted me from the storm that was about to unfold. Felt other worldly. Overall, not a bad movie.
The Invisible Man (2020)
Wow!
Elisabeth Moss takes you through directions you thought you'd never take! The connection between the sisters and the abuser is incredible. This was a lot better than I thought it was going to be. Elisabeth Moss really caught my attention when she was in the movie, "US". This movie made me a huge fan! The theme, sounds, and twist was amazing.
Fantasy Island (2020)
Nope.
I don't know what's worse the fact I spent money to buy a ticket for this or not leaving the film early.. Please just don't waste your time on this.
A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood (2019)
My Heart Is Happy
My oh my Tom Hanks.. you did it again you genius! I really wasn't feeling the rigorous love for this movie like everyone else was before I saw it but when I walked out after the final credits I was astonished of how amazing it was. That 60 seconds of pure silence was more powerful then anything I've seen in a film in quite sometime.
Star Wars: Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker (2019)
Disney Disaster.
So that's the end?.. The Star Wars ending didn't dry up in cement it became a slippery slope of ice. The marketing for this movie was brilliant while the ending was a complete collapse of ultimate dry chaos. The plot, subplot, climax and everything that makes Star Wars films great was just created with crayon on a kids menu. This movie stung alot.
Cats (2019)
Where is the plot?
Did anyone even see a plot in this movie? I wish I could have gotten my money back. The soundtrack was decent that's why I'm generous with my rating but dang. This is definitely the worst movie I've seen in a very very long time.
Richard Jewell (2019)
Richard Is A Jewell!
Paul Walter Hauser was stunning in all phases of the entire film. Mr. Hauser absolutely took his part to another level. The film portrayed the absolute darkness of what the media can do to a story. Hell I even felt guilty and all I did was watch it! It kept my attention for the entire film. Great job Clint Eastwood!
Knives Out (2019)

What a phenomenal movie! Everything from the visual effects to the music just made this movie move fluently. I absolutely loved the tactics from the detectives. The casting was also well done as it made myself and the audience to never look away. This was an (A) performance!
Us (2019)
Well executed!
The movie was a psychological warfare from beginning to end. Personally I think it was better than Get Out!
