Umma (2022)
BORING
I'm not lying nor exaggerating. I fell asleep two times during this movie. We couldn't see anything new in this film. The recorded voices of the characters sound just awful and unnatural. Furthermore, the dialogues and writing is poor and cheap.
Worst Roommate Ever (2022)
WOW
I am really stunned at how great this Netflix documentary series really is. A perfect info center for people who have a particular interest in crime, in this case, serial murder, squatting, and fraud.
Death to 2020 (2020)
So sad and so disappointed
I, as good as this Netflix TV special is, cannot accept the fact that there was no single notion of war between Azerbaijan and Armenia in Caucasus which lasted for more than 40 days (From September 27 to November 9), and took more than 30.000 lives on both sides. I, as a 19-year-old Armenian soldier, am sad and disgusted by the fact that they used this opportunity to support and promote their campaigns instead of raising awarness of the most horrifying events that happened in 2020.
Devil (2010)
Devil (2010) 👎
Not only Devil's script is simple and boring, the movie is also poorly shot. The only good thing about the film is the drone footage of the Nee York city.
Seventh Son (2014)
Another missed opportunity
This movie had so much potential that they could have made it a great fantasy film, but as it seems the crew threw the big opportunity out of the window and rushingly made a mediocre film that could have been so much better.
Palm Springs (2020)
FUNNY
We have already seen all this before in another movies such as, Happy Death Day and Groundhog day. As well as Netflix's original TV Series titled Russian Doll. However, watching Palm Springs was an enjoyable and an entertaining experience. Despite the fact that the plot of the movie is similar to the ones mentioned above, it is unique in the way of presenting a very unusual love story that I really loved.
Black Swan (2010)
A MASTERPIECE
Black Swan is one of those few movies that is worthy of the title MASTERPIECE.
Wounds (2019)
GOOD
Great actors. An interesting and an entertaining film. I wish it was longer tho (
Internet Famous (2016)
Good Comedy
In terms of entertainment Internet Famous successfully accomplishes its mission. The movie is not boring and has a lot of funny moments.
The Visit (2015)
SICK
The Visit is one of the most hilarious movies I've ever watched. M. Night Shyamalan was definetely not afraid of creating some crazy sh**
Eli (2019)
INTERESTING
In terms of entertainment, Eli is a perfect film to spend time on. The atmosphere of the movie does not drastically change as the scenes go by, although it gets a little darker at the end. The movie has some pretty good JUMPSCARES. In addition, the cinematography of the film is pretty beautiful.
Another thing that makes Eli worth watching is the plot twist at the end. The ending left me shook.
Spectral (2016)
COOL
Almost everything about Spectral is perfect. The only thing it lacks is the more detailed story of how the spectrals were created and more complex characters. Whatever, the cinematography is great. The movie doesn't seem cheap and it feels like a lot of effort had been put in the creation of the film. It also feels like the characters of the movie were not top priority because we don't get to "know" any of the characters.
Priest (2011)
OK
Even though I can't understand why the movie was made, I pretty much enjoyed it. The action scenes are really well done.
In the Tall Grass (2019)
INTERESTING
A very engaging thriller adaptation of Stephen King's and Joe Hill's novella In the Tall Grass.
Satanic (2016)
Entertaining
This movie has a few cool scenes in it but overall it's preety much a mediocre movie with a poor script. However, I find Satanic an entertaining and somewhat interesting movie.
Wonder (2017)
Lazy adaptation of the book
This movie is a cheap adaptation of R.J. Palacio's Wonder. The writers adapted the story with a slight deviation from the book that resulted in significant differences between the book and the movie.
The Witcher (2019)
THIS IS GOOD
Although The Witcher's CGI sucks at times, sophisticated characters and complex storytelling accomplishes the title of greatness of this magnifisent TV show.
Pet Sematary (2019)
Stupid Poorly Written Characters
The movie would have been great if Jason Clarke's character didn't make stupid and unrealistic decisions. I was so angry with his character that I give this movie 4 starts.
Sucker Punch (2011)
GOOD GOOD GOOD
This movie was very beautifully shot. I loved how Emily Browning's dances were presented as battle scenes. The movie is very engaging and lacks boring scenes.
Inferno (2016)
DISSAPONTING
The first act of the movie is soo good. Whereas, the rest is a complete letdown.
Under sandet (2015)
Here what I call a GREAT FILM
1) Simple, yet an amazing story
2) Complex and realistic characters
3) Emotional
4) Engaging
Rim of the World (2019)
Stranger Things?
I give this movie a 4 stars cuz I'm kind. The first 10 minutes of the movie were promising. But then it turned out to be a total garbage. CGI is bad, character decision making is not logical and is bad, dialogues are horrandous, writing is bad. This movie is a very bad "remake" of Stranger Things. There's nothing new you can see in the movie.
The 5th Wave (2016)
I'm confused
The first 10 minutes was really good. But the rest of the movie seems completely unrelated to the intro. Just a bunch of scenes collaged together.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007)
2h18min trailer for the book
Where is the 99.99% of the book? So rushed, but good. Enjoyed it very much as a child, but after re-reading the book I am a little disappointed.
Stasis (2017)
Um...what?
Music 0.5 points
some interesting moments 0.5 points
for the tiny bit of effort 0.5 points
acting was horrible 0 points
story 0.4 points (we've seen all this before)
+ 0.5 points cuz i'm a kind a person
total 2.4 stars ~ ok whatever let's give it 3 stars
