Echo 3 (2022)
I almost stopped watching this show.
I should have stopped watching it and I didn't = If I had known how it was going to end, I would have stopped watching. I must be an optimist that a production with so many actors and so much scenery and action would not come through.
I had a thought that it might be interesting to go back and count how many people died. So many die en masse. Then there are the countries Columbia and Venezuela and Mexico and the US.
The scenery was beautiful, Mexico and other filming was nice.
If I had known what this show was going to be would I watch it?
Absolutely not. I could have been out walking my dog or vacuuming. It would have been a better use of my time.
Reacher (2022)
Best show in a long time 2.12.22
Watched most of the episodes one right after another. With so much mediocrity on all around I really enjoyed everything about this series. The story was fun -even with so many people getting wiped out one after another. Liked the chemistry with the main character's without the blatant sex that producers seem to think the public wants. Thanks for such a well done show.!
The Power of the Dog (2021)
Take your time to watch this
In this world of action packed.stories and movies this film certainly is worth taking the time to sit down and enjoy. After watching and digesting the story, do read up on the interpretations by different reviewers. The show is very quiet and there is so much going on. The sets are amazing. The actors are so good. They act with their bodies and faces and not with words. So powerful.
She's in Portland (2020)
Not even slightly charming. The main actors are attractive......that's about it.
I watched this because of the title. I like to watch film where Portland is part of the character, and also to be a detective to locate where the different scenes are filmed. The last few minutes could have been any where in the world. I'm going to put myself out there and say that the film makers had a really good time along highway 101. By the time they got to Portland they just wanted to go home.
It Comes at Night (2017)
Go with your gut
I watched this because I followed Riley Keough here after watching the Girlfriend Experience. Then after investing minute after minutes ..hoping to see an actual clear shot of Riley I hung in till the end of the movie. What a sad experience to spend my time on this pathetic film. I give it 2 stores for all the blood and gore.
Away (2020)
Don't even fast forward like me
Scrolled through all the episodes to get to actual action in an hour. Ran out sympathy for ALL the characters almost immediately. Why would I care about the daughters homework? This a waste of time and someone should fire the writers, oops too late!
