Edith+Eddie (2017)
An insight into a sad story
"Edith and Eddie" is a moving story based on the love of an elderly couple. The two are faced with many challenges and heart breaking moments throughout the entirety of the documentary. Edith and Eddie are forced by many of whom are supposed to be family to do things that is causing distress and truly dark and depressing events. The documentary based in America is portraying the emotionally grabbing story by using camera angles to symbolise the love between whom are different races. There are many times the camera goes black with just talking portraying the fear and distress in the elderly couple's voices. We also see the focus on the window symbolising the window into their life and their love that is slowing being torn apart. This documentary ends on a sad note as Eddie passes without his wife being there by his side I recommend this documentary because it shows that race does not matter and the importance of family.
Forest Man (2013)
An amazing story
"Forest man" is a short insight into an inspiring story. The Forest man shows an amazing man single handedly creating a forest full of life with much joy. The film shows just how much determination one man has just to create a forest. The journalist that somehow stumbled across this forest, captures the way this man views the world. In such a short amount of time, the film is able to capture the way one-man Jadav Payeng is making a difference, in what is now a very modern generation. People are not aware of the impact on which the world is making on our environment today and Jadav Payeng has created a powerful message for many
