Very well written exciting concept poorly edited but offers a truly gripping and undetectable ending I am not a big fan of Francis Lawrence or anything he has done honestly he is over rated "Hunger Games" would have made the same splash no matter who directed it. Very slow and a lot of the scenes did not stack up, their was a lot contradictory shots. Especially a scene in a strip club witch to me was totally wacky and did not compute at all. I enjoyed the acting very thrilling in some areas but over all this movie lacked luster it played like a symphony rather then a concerto... I am obsessed with Jennifer Lawrence her acting is great ever since I saw "Silver Linings Playbook" so I will always be loyal and see every single one of her movies no matter what...... so everyone watch it even just once..Its Semi worth it!

Joaquin Phoenix is an excellent actor he plays this role incredibly. At times the movie can be slow but this movie is for intelligent minds the thinking man or woman, One who is willing to invest time for a higher return. unlike any movie out there. This movie makes the viewer question everything. engaging at every turn. A visual mind bender remarkably attention worthy A must see do not relent for the ending is best seen. Lynne Ramsay brings you an artistic visual and dialogue I can only describe as a disorders of the mind and tongue.

Did not pack a full punch the story was good i enjoy the writing surely funny at times also the cast is great very funny Adam Devine I think it ran a little to long for such a simple movie i'm sure anyone with half a brain can see this movie and its ending coming from a mile away lack of luster and sorry to say all though very funny Adam Devine just cant play a leading role he is best at supporting roles if you ask me that being said he was funny at times also their were some good genuine moments could have been done better from the trailer it looked funnier then it actually was some of the ladies in this movie just weren't funny you could tell thy were trying very hard I wont say go watch it and I wont say not to, the way i see it if you need help deciding just flip a coin

Surprised this movie was ever made this is comedy writing at its worst so unoriginal this movie was already made many times over this is the worst B movie directing and D movie writing and the cast isn't much to talk about but sadly its the writing that fumbled this entire movie the moments in this movie are so forced it unbearable i was close to abandoning this movie numerous times so unpleasant to sit through some people gave this movie a 9 out of 10 obviously these reviewers are unfit and should rid themselves of their computer there for never allowing them to publicly write such a shameful review/rating this is not a job for anyone who could honestly give this movie a 9 out of 10 i call rubbish! hogwash! simply put its drivel to the point silly. DON'T WATCH!

Marjane Satrapi's best work besides "Persepolis" certainly she is such a diverse film maker and one of the best authors of her time perfect cast i love Anna Kendrick and Ryan Reynolds as lead the way he played his character Jerry was just insane i love it so freaky and creepy so buckle up your seat belts get ready for a crazy ride if you like visuals that play with your reality and if you like hoarding, pill poppers, delusions, auditory hallucinations, murder and love Ana Kendrick then you must watch this movie at least 9 times

A bold stimulating fresh and perfectly visible movie their is nothing like it an original tragic story that has your blood pumping with all sorts of emotions unlikely to find another movie of this caliber genius watch it twice you will never regret it

I thought i was watching a really shitty 90s porno or those HBO late night series i don't know what else to say with the money they spent they could have made something great this just felt like a bunch of actors thrown into a room and told to just wing it so bad but i tell everyone just watch it once to know what not to ever do if you ever decide to make a movie that being said prop to Tommy Wiseau for never apologizing and actually making it happen the dream of making a movie witch is a lot more then most people can say and for that your my hero man good luck with all!

WOW so boring the beginning is so slow getting slower i don't know the actors and i don't want to know them terrible just terrible not the worst movie i have ever seen but very close the story is played the camera work is over done for such a dumb movie trying way to hard I'm sorry to say but the only actor worth a dam in this movie is Keith Nobbs witch is the only reason i sat through this horror plus i wanted to be able to write this review so to everyone who reads these words stay clear worst 130mins of my life!

This movies is an instant classic i want more the 50's setting in Osaka Japan was visually stimulating I would have liked to have seen more hence the 9 out of 10 rating but the director without doubt made an instant gangster classic ill be putting this dvd right next to my "Scarface" box set Jared Leto is not my favorite actor, he wasn't the best as the joker besides the helicopter scene witch to me was classic joker but in this movie he is just to good for words i don't want him to be typecast unfortunately that being said he is just so good at playing these noir (dark) roles i will be looking for more out of Martin Zandvliet who gave me a directors orgasm with all most every scene cant wait to watch it again i rarely ever watch movies a second time unless i truly love them great film everyone go watch it seriously just do it do it...

This movie is great, from the story the directing the cast all prefect I just cant imagine how putting all of it together most have been what a ride i loved every second of it just creeping into my core systems and overwhelming me with shock a masterful story a prefect visualization into life at its bare .

This movie makes you want to go make a great movie its just such a powerful authentic beautifully directed and written movie prefect for those who enjoy film making at its core even dub its a great movie although i prefer watching "Corleone" in its native tongue Italiano.
