Marina Abramovich stayed true to herself as a performance artist and over her career of 40 years managed to hoist the genre into the mainstream art world. Her documentary is sincere showing a complex person whose life and loves has been devoted to her work. Her MOMA pièce The Artist is présent is a masterpiece of generosity and spiritual connection.

Although Monrovia is a boring small town in mid west I'm sure some people there have interesting things to say or have deep inner lives but Wiseman didn't reach this and so this was the most boring film I've seen in ages.
