Glass (2019)
The Best Ending
I was really surprised with the way the trilogy ended! I tried thinking of a way that i would end it, but I couldn't think of any. So, when I watched it, I was like " Yeah, this is a descent ending for a descent trilogy!". I really liked it and I don't think I would change anything about the plot, the characters, the scenario etc.
Unbreakable (2000)
Could have been better
I didn't really like it, but I didn't hate it either. It was kinda okay. I believe that the could have shown more of David's life after accepting his "superpower". They wasted too much time of him not accepting it and trying to deal with it, so the rest happened pretty fast. However, it really worths watching it, in order to watch the rest of the trilogy.
The Ritual (2017)
Promising at first, Disappointing at last
At first, I really liked it. The start was pretty strong and promising. It gave me The Blair Witch Project vibes and I was really excited. I thought it was something different than most of this kind of movies, the horror that it made me feel was mostly psychological. No jumpscares or poor attempts to be scary. That goes for the 2/3 of the movie. The rest was really dissapointing. It made me feel like they were tired of trying to make a good horror movie, so they came up with a poor, typical ending. Even if they wanted to keep the same ending scenario, they could have put more effort into it. Maybe not showing the monster (which was not scary at all) or not having a typical "wrestling" scene between the monster and the main actor (where the actor -oh, what a surprise- wins the monster that has been killing since it was created). I would have liked it more if the actor had died like the rest of its victims or if he had been part of this "cult" and started loving it. I don't know, something different than the usual. I recommend watching it, but keep in mind that the end is pretty poor.
Happy Death Day (2017)
Probably my last review (almost died of boredom)
I truly not recommend this movie to anyone. In the first ten minutes, it seems kinda cool, but after that the girl keeps dying, and waking up, and dying, and waking up, and dying, and waking up, and dying, and waking up, and dying, and waking up.. Also, it is pretty obvious who wants to kill her from the very beginning of the movie. It is so pointed out that she is being such a bitch to her roommate, that you can guess that it is her who wants to harm her. More over, at some points, the movie tries to hard to be funny. The only part that i smiled (not laughed), it was when her boyfriend pranked her in the end. I found the other parts really lame. To sum up, as I've already said, this may be my last review, cause I almost died of boredom. Not trying to be a bitch, but it was a disaster for me.
