Lone Wolf McQuade (1983)
Best movie ever!
My dad had this on a VHS tape zillions of years ago, and I recently bought in on DVD off eBay. I keep watching it every now and then, can't really get enough of it. You know, Chuck Norris can't throw up, he can only throw down!!!!Ever! Plus, David Carradine is really a nasty personage in this movie :)

Maccheroni (1985)
See Naples and Die
I lived in Naples at the time and those Americans who did loved this movie. There were many inside jokes that you could only know about if living or have lived in Italy. However, my sister saw it having never been in Naples and thought it was both touching and Naples. The people and and the city is really like it. Jack Lemmon doesn't play his typical character but plays straight man to the city and the people of Naples and seeing his reaction to this strange world of people and back alleys is hilarious. The movie reminds me a little of an Neopolitan version of the movie Cannery Row but much more funnier. Most Americans hate Naples until after a few months living there an then love it. The movie captures that spirit. Well worth seeing especially if you ever want to visit bella Napoli. I agree with the previous comment that the movie came and went all too fast...a sleeper.
Ultraviolet (2006)
Ultravoilet, Ultra good
What are you people talking about? This movie was difinitly excel3nt! When people call me retarded; I respond "Thank you." Not only was Violet (ultra) ho:)t, she was a killing machine! I especially loved her chamilion hair, shes looks good in anything. Basically If you did not understand this movie, something is seriously wrong in your brain. This DVD is going to be a must have. The writers of the first Matricks could learn a few things from this movie! Also the six was one of the best actors I've seen in a while, really goood! And about that flat space technology, why don't we try to use that in real life. I think it would be amazing to carry around a gun that could fit in my pocket and ride in hover car!
16 Blocks (2006)
This is the movie that taught me not to trust IMDb user reviews
I consider myself a fan of early Bruce. Die Hard, Last boyscout, heck, even Hudson Hawk was pretty good.
Lately I have found myself less interested in his work. Hostage was OK but Tears of the Sun was a tired remake of the typical war movie with no punch and now 16 Blocks.
Let me say this loud and clear. Mos Def's character is freaking annoying. His nasal voice will irritate you and he is NOT funny enough to pull it off.
Bruce is beyond bored with this role and seems to only be going through the motions for this flick. While that may be good enough to be a top earner I am not going to bother picking this one up at the video store and would love to get my $7.50 admission back.
His performance has none of the flair he normally displays and reminded more of Sly Stallone in Cop Town. Admittedly a better actor than Stallone he still is unable to make me care for the washed out cop he portrays.
