Fascinating film which was filled with wonderful experimental cinematic effects. I'd love to have a 4K version of it. What spoilt for me it was that Lars Von Trier doesn't know that there is NO TIDE in the Mediterranean!

I don't know why this film was not made in original language. There's nothing worse than actors pretending to speak with foreign accents; it totally destroys the profound nature of the situation, the gravity of a historical event nd the credibility of the story. Whoever made the decision to do this in English was a fool.
