The Guilty (2021)
I wish I had watched the original
Are writers refusing to work during the pandemic as well? The dialogue is so bad and the voice actors are b rated actors at best. Jake sells the movie but man it was tough to get through...
The Loved Ones (2009)
I usually pull for the victim but not this time
The dude might be the stupidest kidnapping victim I've ever seen in any movie, ever. First he should have just let go off that mountain to put himself out of his miserable misery. Second: he is being pursued by a car his captor is driving and instead of jumping over fence he climbs a fucking tree!! A tree!! So many other avenues to take and he choose the thing worse than running upstairs. After that he has all the branches in the world to block him from getting hit by the rocks, his captor is throwing and somehow she knocks him out of the tree. Lastly: he gets the upper hand and still manages to get thrown into the dungeon by the chick he supposedly knocked out....oh and he wasted all the bullets in his only gun with absolutely no chance of hitting her. Gosh I wish he would die already. Not a bad movie but you definitely can't pull for the main character in this one.
The Dawn Wall (2017)
Palms are sweaty , knees weak, arms are heavy
Edge of your seat thriller of a documentary. Everything you want in this joy ride. More please.
Clickbait (2021)
No wonder hallmark wouldn't pick this up
This is terrible. There is no emotional connection between the viewer and the characters. The writers just threw up on pieces of paper and gave it to a b- level cast. Pia is terrible. What's up with that hair? She's a real life Helga from Hey Arnold lmao. Skip this one.
The Suicide Squad (2021)
They really do pay people to rate movies
The dialogue was maybe the worst I've ever witnessed in a movie. The attempt at humor was absolute appalling. I'm pretty sure this crap script was written in 2 days. The acting was maybe the only thing salvageable but other than that, save your night by slamming your hand in a drawer for two hours.
60 Days In: Narcoland (2019)
If you need your 60 days in fix, I guess
The undercover nonsense is downright unwatchable. Richie or whatever his name is is so awkward and if you're any big time dealer, you could sniff him out in 5 min. Jackie thinks she's working for the fbi and really she knows bare minimum street smarts. The jail scenes are alright but overall it won't give you that fix, we all want.
Spenser Confidential (2020)
Marky Mark must have been bored or did this for a friend
This movie went absolutely nowhere fast. Comedy was off and the action was daytime tv good. By far the worst movie Wahlberg has been
Alone (2015)
Where to begin?
What a great concept. The characters are all completely different and you really start to bond with them once it goes to the final four. I felt so bad for Mitch and completely understood why he had to quit. Lucas was by far the most skilled. It was fascinating watching him survive. Poor poor Sam...I freaking love Sam. Super great guy. Last but definitely not least, Alan. Is there a wiser man in the world? Let me know when you find him. Alan not only is an extreme survivalist, Alan is an incredibly intelligent, hilarious, loving, caring MAN. I could listen to him tel stories for hours around a campfire. This might possibly be the best reality show I've ever seen and I can't wait for season 2!!
No Escape (2015)
INTENSE
On the edge of your seat thriller. Owen Wilson was marvelous. It's a great movie about the will to protect your family and survive. As a parent myself, I felt very emotional attached. Would recommend this over and over
Silent Panic (2018)
Acting was atrocious
The acting was a train wreck and I think that's why I stuck around till the end
Avengers: Endgame (2019)
Overrated
They seem to have gone more family friendly and the comedy inserts they put in from here to there are just cringe worthy. More drama than action. No thanks
Instant Family (2018)
Sigh
Who doesn't love Marky Mark?....That being said, I wanted to return this movie before it was over. The comedy just didn't happen in this one. Even with the writers trying and trying, they ended up failing and failing. The amount of cliche in this movie was off the wall.
