God's Favorite Idiot (2022)
Funny and entertaining
Really enjoyable if you give it a chance. I laughed through every episode. It looks like the cast had great fun filming too. Makes me wish I was part of the crew.
The bad reviews are from people that didn't even finish the first episode. Ignore them.
Lizzo's Watch Out for the Big Grrrls (2022)
Real Ladies. Epic Dance Battles.
Reality tv at its best. Real emotions from real people not afraid to show their true self. Plus there are awesome 1 on 1 dance offs. Lizzo is a fabulous host.
Solos (2021)
1 star for each episode I watched
To compare this to Black Mirror is an insult to Black Mirror.
I couldn't get past the second episode. It's a futuristic drama not a sci-fi.
It's a 'No' from me.
Deadbeat (2014)
Make more
A stoner medium that helps ghosts solve their unfinished business so they can step into to the light. A silly but entertaining twist on an established genre.
Season 3 was a good progression from the first 2. Would be great if the series was rebooted where season 3 left off.
The Tomorrow War (2021)
Starship Troopers meets Edge of Tomorrow
But isn't as good as either.
Conveniently avoided trying to answer some time travel paradoxes and therefore could have done without the whole time travel element entirely.
The Orville: Lasting Impressions (2019)
Funny as hell
Easily the best time capsule/holdec episode In a tv series ever. So we'll done.
Teen Wolf (2011)
It's okay
The writing is very inconsistent with plot holes all over the place.
Perhaps if I'd grown up watching it as a teenager like so many of the commentators here I'd be able to get past them.
Defiance (2013)
Stick with it
The first season started off a bit shaky but the characters and story line really developed over time.
It worth sticking with it to get to season 2 and 3. Both seasons had me much more emotionally invested with the characters and almost in tears at some points.
