Fed Up (2014)
I strongly encourage the movie Fed Up!
I recommend this movie to kids and adults because it is an extremely important concept to understand and become aware of, that many probably don't even know. There are so many individuals who are considered overweight or obese because he or she doesn't realize that the added sugar is what is doing a big part of the harm. I liked the movie a lot because it talks about a crucial concept dealing with obesity that most people do not know, it enhances on what to do in order to stay healthy, and it interviews individuals who are personally struggling with obesity. This movie helps to affect other people and show them how unhealthy this added sugar and these processed food companies really are. I highly suggest this documentary to anyone. Sugar is a lot worse than many people even think, and "Fed Up" is a movie that proves this statement.

Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead (2010)
Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead is a movie that will stick with you forever.
"Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead" is a movie that I would strongly suggest for anyone who feels that he or she is unhealthy or overweight. It is based on a true story and it is one of the most inspirational movies I have ever watched. It describes the lives of mainly two individuals who make a proactive life decision to drink solely fresh fruit and vegetable juice for sixty days straight. The movie takes you on the journey of these two individual's lives and their progress as they make this healthy life choice. As Joe is the main character who starts this journey, his goal throughout the movie is to help as many people as he can to experience this incredible progress with him and to become extremely fit and healthy. I really enjoyed watching this movie and again, I would recommend it to anyone!
Blackfish (2013)
Blackfish is a crucial part of life that people should be aware of.
Blackfish is a movie that I strongly recommend to anyone. It is a great movie that allows people to better understand how many killer whales are truly held captive for public entertainment purposes. I feel it is extremely wrong and cruel to keep killer whales and animals in general captive. Due to the captivity of these animals, specifically Tilikum, these animals act out in cruel and harsh ways towards humans. This is due to the fact that these animals are alone, sad, and hurt. They should be out in the wild - where they grew up and were born. No animal deserves to be held in captivity for their whole life. Therefore, I recommend this movie to all individuals' because it is a concept of life that I feel should be known and well aware to everyone.
Food Matters (2008)
Food Matters should be seen by everyone!
Food Matters was a great movie! I really enjoyed it and it taught me a lot about the types of food that are good and that are not good to eat. It talked about what is considered nutritional or not nutritional. It also explains the importance of vitamins in a daily diet. If he or she doesn't consume the right foods or vitamins, it can cause serious health issues and mental illnesses. It can also help cure certain health concerns or issues. I feel it is an important movie for anyone to watch and it addresses several issues, concerns, and statements that I strongly feel are crucial to know. The movie contained interesting facts and points that were made. Again, I highly recommend this movie to all people.
Vegucated (2011)
Vegucated is a great movie to watch!
I personally loved this movie. It taught me a lot about what it truly means to eat meat. It changed my outlook on a lot of what I am eating. I think that it should be completely up to the person whether he or she wants to eat meat or not - but this movie is definitely worth watching first before making that decision. Not only do I feel being a vegan is extremely beneficial to society, but it also can help an individual maintain a much healthier diet, as shown in the movie. I enjoyed how three random people were chosen and offered to try this path of being vegan. It really inspired me and contained a lot of interesting facts and moments throughout the movie.
