Obi-Wan Kenobi (2022)
Connects the Prequels and OT brilliantly
Whenever Lucasfilm casts a woman in an important role or a person of color, parts of the fanbase show their true colors and call it woke. It's disgusting. The show, I think, brilliantly connects the prequels and OT. Kenobi is great; I think the inquisitors are great. I love the casting choice for Leia. I have no complaints. I hope they explain the grand inquisitor stabbing well in the upcoming episodes, but I love what we are seeing so far. I honestly feel that no matter how good the content being released is, Star Wars fans are going to hate it, or try to make it overly political. It's the one thing that sucks about being a fan.
#AnneFrank - Parallel Stories (2019)
Why the negative reviews?
Yes this is a very busy documentary, but the whole point of it was to share the stories of these women who were Anne's age. They survived and Anne didn't. Anne could have lived a life like there's and accomplished everything she dreamed of, but because of hate she never did. Anne dreamed of publishing her writing and living after death through her influence. The whole point of the girl and social media was to illustrate how young people relate to Anne today. I thought that whole point of it was moving.
