THOR Love and Blunder...I mean Thunder (I guess).
I'm just gonna sum up the movie with this metaphor. You go to your favorite fast food restaurant. You order the XXL cup of your favorite beverage.
They pack it to the gills with ice and you can see all that sweet liquid sugary goodness cascading down all those cubes; looks so refreshing.
Then you get distracted by whatever and you come back sometime later....take your first sip and nearly gag because it's not the happiness you expected. Its not that sweet yuuummy yuuummy yuuummy that
you paid for. It's completely watered down. Yep, that's what this movie was.
Oh, you swish the cup around and you get a couple of good sips, but man, this watery one just gets on your nerves.
This movie should have been sliced up in six episodes and put on Disney+ right after the Ms. Marvel series. The disappointment reminds me of Men in Black International, which coincidentally has the same two
costars/
I like the classic Thor we started off with. Then Ragnarok gave us comedy Thor, which was fine (I guess) because he was still KewL. But, this movie they tried the same formula and it didn't work....even some
of the same slapstick Ragnarok scenes. More so, disappointment about a few things that I expected to occur, but didn't--sad.
The trailer made me think this going to be at least a fun movie to watch. The Guns and Roses Sweet Child of mine took me back to the echos of Led Zeppelin Immigrant song in Ragnarok and that got me
pumped up for this movie. Sadly, it did not translate well for me in appliacation. When you go, try to sneak in some crackers because a lot of cheesy jokes are going to be served during the movie.
You remember in school when you had all semester to write your term paper and now it's due tomorrow and you haven't even started?
So now you gotta throw something together real quick...that's what writing in this story kinda felt like and
I feel in some way about Marvel serving me this
Golden Corral dish inside a Ruth's Chris restaurant.
