A Fun Show
10 February 2008
Okay, I barely remember this show but I remember liking it.

ABC really hyped this one when it came out. I was maybe eleven years old at the time. Being a young kid in Delaware, the idea of living with my pals on a beach in California seemed like a really cool way to live.

Come to think of it, it still doesn't seem like such a bad idea.

The main two things I remember about the show are Stuart Pankin and that there was a womanizing character named Boychick. Pankin's a great actor and this is probably one of the first things I saw him in. I'm glad he went on to a successful career in movies and television.

It'd be fun to see an episode of this show again. I doubt I'll ever have a chance, but they don't make shows like this anymore - and that's kind of a shame. There's something to be said for the kind of light, fun kind of shows they made back in the Seventies.

Very funny movie
3 September 2006
Okay, it's far from fantastic and it's very unlikely that most people will ever see this movie, but for me it's one of my favorite silly movies from the 1980s.

Kaplan, Karras, and Klein were all hilarious in this - especially Kaplan. I was a WELCOME BACK, KOTTER fan and I enjoyed him in that, but I think this movie was a far better showcase of what he could deliver as a comedic actor.

I showed this movie to a friend recently and throughout it he kept saying how dumb it was, yet he was laughing a lot as he watched it. Yes, parts of it are "dumb" or downright silly, but this movie is a LOT of fun to watch.

WKRP in Cincinnati (1978–1982)
One of the best!
8 May 2006
It's really a shame that this show isn't currently in national syndication or available on DVD.

I know the DVD issue mainly revolves around how expensive the music rights would be for the studio. Still, there has to be a way for them to eventually make it possible.

They need to. WKRP was one of the best shows ever on television. It deserves to be put out of DVD so that fans of the show can appreciate it all over again.

Not only that, but I bet the show would develop a whole new following among younger people who haven't yet had a chance to see it.

What can I say about this show that hasn't already been said here? Not much. The show was hilarious and brilliant! It had one of the greatest casts ever assembled for a series. Plus, it had two of the most gorgeous women ever, Jan Smithers and Loni Anderson, it its cast.

Definitely one of the best TV shows ever.

What About Brian (2006–2007)
Great new show
17 April 2006
Last night was the premiere (although they called it a 'sneak preview') of What About Brian. Tonight was the actual 'premiere.' I'm already hooked after watching these two episodes.

I'm one of the few people who have never seen Seventh Heaven, but I'd heard of Barry Watson. This is the first thing I've seen him in and I think he was a great choice to play Brian. He's a likable actor and he's perfect for the part of Brian.

The entire cast is good. I especially like Sarah Lancaster, and not just because she's drop dead gorgeous.

Both the acting and writing on this show are great. There's a really nice mix of drama and humor. A lot of shows attempt to blend the two and fail. What About Brian succeeds.

I hope this show gets a big audience and becomes a huge hit.

One of the funniest movies I've seen in a long time!
24 July 2005
My girlfriend and I saw this movie last night. We hadn't planned on seeing it, but the movie we wanted to see was sold out.

I'm glad it was sold out and we saw this one instead.

It's a very, very funny movie!

Both Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn are great in this. If you've liked them in their previous roles, then you'll love them in this.

They're two of the best comedic actors currently working in films and this movie is a great showcase for them.

This movie made me laugh a lot. In fact, I can't remember the last movie that made me laugh as much as this one.

If you've got a good sense humor, then you've got to see it.
