If you're a fan of over the top blood,gore and violence,then Frontier(s) is most definitely the film for you. I was hesitant before I watched this,mainly because of the reviews I had seen prior to watching the film.But,I had to take all of that out of my head,and watch this film going in with an open mind.I have to admit,though the film was not an absolute masterpiece,I was pleasantly surprised. The film itself was decent.The story wasn't exactly strong,and was not exactly original.You literally know after 20 minutes of the film what is going to happen.It is far too predictable,but it is still an entertaining watch! The problem is,this film has too many elements of other well known horror films,that most horror fans will have seen and will notice these similarities.I would say this film is like a French version of a mix between The Texas Chainsaw Massacre,Saw 2,Hostel and The Hills Have Eyes,maybe. Due to the fact it is basically about a group of young Europeans,that go to a hostel,which is occupied by some f*cked up cannibalistic Neo-Nazi family,which they hunt down in a maze and torture and kill them,but the main character of the film escapes in the end.Basically the same old,same old. It's a good film,very entertaining.I would recommend renting/streaming this,but don't waste money on buying this on DVD.

I want to give this a 0, but you can't do that. Anyone who is even considering watching this awful mess,please do not waste your time. As pointed out in another review, 'they did a good job for 15 year olds', problem is you really can tell it was made by 15 year olds! From the awful, non believable acting, and lame ass fighting, that don't even look like they are fighting...how in any way is this 'an awesome violent short story' It is lame as anything. The message the video has to offer, is, I suppose something that gives this waste of a film a purpose, other than that it's the biggest load of s*it, and a complete waste of time!

In my opinion,good comedy films are become less and less frequent. In the case of 'Someone Marry Barry',this is completely not the case. This film has more of an original idea for a comedy film,unlike many comedies you come across nowadays.It has you laughing pretty much all the way throughout the film,and I admit there were certain parts of the film I found so funny I rewound the scene more than once. (e.g. the scene in the car,on the way to the cabin) I won't say any more, in case people have not seen this. This film is surprisingly funny,as most of the cast I do not usual find that funny,besides the main role of Barry played by Tyler Labine, and the other main role of Melanie played by Lucy Punch. These two are fantastic together!The humor in this film is also so different to your average comedy. It is, in fact a very crude film, and goes beyond the boundaries of appropriate. It is so wrong, that it's so right,which makes this film what it is.Absolutely hilarious,worth a watch.And I would definitely watch this again.

This is one of those films that are,unfortunately,overlooked by so many people.It's not a massive film,it's low budget and wasn't in the cinema(not to my knowledge,anyway). The film was shot as if it was a documentary,and I think it was done very well,almost like the film 'The Devil Inside', although I did not think much to that. Anyway, 'The Atticus Institution' is great. It is different to many horror films we get lately. It's deliverance is better,and more real. And at times,you forget you are watching a film. The fact this is based very much so on true events makes this so much more real to the viewers. Although it didn't actually scare me,I can see how this film can scare some people,as the events that happen in this film are...well,scary as anything. I would advise anyone to watch this, it's a great film, and I would even watch it again.

Being a fan of Stephen King's work, I feel very obligated to write this review. The original workings for 'Carrie' came out in book form,written by Stephen King in 1974.Anyone who has read 'Carrie' or any of his books,will know it's a classic. Now,my problem with this reboot is that it is nothing like the book,or the original 'Carrie' in 1976. Of all the reboots of 'Carrie', this is the worst!Everything is wrong.The character is nothing like the book.Like the original.The acting skills were not too bad,mainly from the character who plays Carrie,and also Julianne Moore.Other than that,the acting was lame.The story was still based around the original,but failed to keep up with key points that were in the book and the original. I don't wanna say too much for those who have not seen this and wish to. It doesn't surprise me this film is so weak though.There aren't many modern horror reboots that even compare with their originals. 'Carrie' was a let down for me,and I will not watch it again. And I suggest you don't waste your time.Keep to the original.

I have to admit,I am very disheartened by this movie.After reading the synopsis,I was kinda excited to watch this,and thought it had some potential,and it did.It is just a shame it did not deliver enough. 'Starry Eyes' was a bad film. To put it bluntly.I didn't really enjoy it,in fact the story was so dull that it didn't really grab my attention until after about 50 minutes into the film.The acting,from most part was quite poor.I think Alex Essoe did a fairly decent job as the main role of Sarah,but other than that,these actors were talent less.The cheesy music,along with the cheesy tone,and of course the bad acting kept making me forget I was watching a film made in 2014,rather than 1998! In all honesty,there is nothing too original about this film either.It isn't scary,it's quite weak on the deliverance. I won't spoil for anyone who has not seen it, and may want to...but be warned,you may be about to waste an hour and a half of your life!
