I'm conflicted because it was a truly likable movie. On the other hand the editing seemed rushed and all over the place. I really liked the idea of the film and I wish it was better executed. Regardless it was enjoyable

I recommend not doing that. Without giving any spoilers I truly believe it wouldn't make sense to do what they say you can.
Watch it in order if you wanna listen to me haha

Disappointing but still worth watching I guess

Overall I enjoyed most if it. I binged the entire series, I'm writing this specifically for the people who rely on reviews to watch a TV show.
So to you, without spoilers, I did enjoy the binge and it's relatively worth watching much more than some things but still pretty disappointing.

This show is phenomenal. I recommend it completely.
It's very binge worthy and as an agnostic I'm beyond intrigued by the idea of belief.
Please go watch it despite your beliefs, they aren't the point.
Watch it because it's a very well acted, written and directed show. I highly doubt you'll be disappointed.

It was so close to magic

They almost had it.
The idea could have been so much more, the execution was depressing. I truly wanted to like it.
It reminded me of when you see someone super attractive and you're like "hot damn let's go" And they end up being a super disappointment with so many flaws and you walk away wishing they tried a little harder. Wishing they cared more about consistency. Wishing they cared more in general.

Refreshing yet a little cheesy

I'm a huge fan of the show over all.
The clips of the celebrities meeting feels like the cheesiest reality show and it's awkward despite that when it comes to the contestants they are awesome.
It's nice to see a rap competition or any music competition where they can actually swear. Music should never be censored. I think it's worth watching if you're into rap.
Just not a fan of the elimination rap battles. It's entertaining yes. It's just not fair, not everyone is a battle rapper. So basically they care more about the entertainment value than anything else.
Also I don't like how TI and cardi seem to care more about money than the actual talent of the artist. I get that that's a reality, it's just depressing.
They should bring Royce back to judge too, by far the best judge. He gave such honest yet kind constructive criticism.
Despite that I still find it very enjoyable and hope they make the next season more fair and actually wanna build artists up and help them.
