Chesapeake Shores (2016)
Just ehat you need to smile
This is exactly what I needed. It makes you smile. It makes you feel. It makes you fall in love with the characters. Is it a bit clichè? Yes. But sometimes you are tired of killings and brutality and just plainly need love
Star Trek: Discovery: New Eden (2019)
A different episode I truly loved
This episode sold me on Anson Mount captain Pike. The scene when he jumps on an exploding phaser to save a little girl he didn't even knew made me realize that finally we got the captain we deserved. I don't really care for religious matters, which is center in the episode, but I loved this one.
Star Trek: Discovery: If Memory Serves (2019)
Every trekker heart sang watching this
I loved this episode! It connected so seamlessly on the TOS unaired pilot I couldn't believe my eyes. When I realized they were going to Talos I was weary but they respected and honored the canon perfectly. The scene between Pike and Vina is really touching and Anson made a great job
Star Trek: Discovery: Such Sweet Sorrow (2019)
Star Trek at his finest
I admit I don't really love Michael but in this episode I saw the strength of an entire crew coming together for a common goal. The goodbye scene with Tyler was tear worthy, Shazad and Sonequa should have been kept together for far longer. Would have loved to see more of captain Pike
Star Trek: Discovery: Such Sweet Sorrow, Part 2 (2019)
Worthy of a movie
The starships battle scenes are movie worthy alone... the entire episode is great and action packed and the reimagined Enterprise is beliavable. I loved every minute of it. Anson Mount is perfect as captain Pike and kept me on the edge of my seat especially when he put his own ship on the line to buy Discovery enough time
Star Trek: Discovery: Through the Valley of Shadows (2019)
One lf the best episodes
This is by far one of the best episodes. Anson's interpretation of Pike accepting his fate to save the galaxy is great and inspiring.
Star Trek: Discovery (2017)
Love this new iteration of trek despite some obvious differences from canon
I really liked first season of Discovery despite the obvious divergences from the canon. Season two was a complete 180 and finally we got to see what Star Trek stands for for many of us. The introduction of captain Pike and Spock got Disco back to star trek roots and we got back a show that was recognizably star trek. I'm really sorry that Anson Mount won't be back next season and that's why many trekker signed the petition to ask for a spin off containing Pike Spock and the Enterprise crew
Roswell, New Mexico (2019)
Love this show
I have never seen the original one but I love this show. It's really refreshing to see a male lead expressing his emotions and his love so completely. Nathan is perfect and he's just brilliant in so many scenes!
Lucifer (2016)
It can't be the end!
Lucifer's story so far just scratched the surface of such a complex character. He looks always smug and makes jokes but when needed you can see his strength, hi vulnerability and his deep ability to love. He might be Lucifer but he is so relatable that you forget who the character is supposed to be. He is every single one of us.
