Like the title says; if you like rubbish, you will certainly like this! What a load of poop.

The acting in this film was hilariously bad. The punch-ups, i.e., The one in the prison, and the one outside the pub was so bad that words actually fail me. The police chief with his ridiculous American accent. Okay guys and girls, I've done the hard work for you I watched this film so that I can warn you "not to watch".

One of my favourite actors has just taken a nosedive as a result of this trash. An absolute complete mess of a film and, I suppose, the only good people in it was Hugh Grant and then... Chris Pine. That idiot of a sorcerer, whose accent was ridiculous, what a complete mis-cast I'm not going to say anything about the other actors because the review will probably be deleted. The plot was crap and the script was crappier...

Well, that was surprising!

I saw a trailer of the film and it looked ok'ish and the rating looked ok on IMDb saw I thought I would chance it and watch the film. From the first few minutes I was hooked. What I thought would be a boring first 20 or 30 minutes was pretty good with all the females having an excellent script and the interplay between them was superb. Then, it got really interesting. In addition, the way it was filmed was very good and the shooting was really excellent. One particular actress was very good (the crazy one) as was the blonde. In fact, they were all very good and I was surprised at some of the ratings and reviews it had received. From start to end it was gripping and the ending was just 'so unexpected'! I highly recommend this film, a really captivating film.

I'm not really a fan of Christian Bale, but this film was superb. The acting of all involved was immaculate. The story was intriguing and unusual, and a welcome change from the usual films that have been released. The whole setting of the film, and the filming in general, was top class. Right from the beginning I found myself hooked, and there was not a moment of dull or irrelevant scenes. It was a long film, over two hours, and very very enjoyable. I think that many of the actors were British and there was very solid acting throughout. I loved the idea of the film and I and the unexpected ending was amazing. I highly recommend this film if you are into period drama with a twist. I gave this film a rating of 10 - thoroughly deserved!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed this film and Mila was immaculate in it. I've usually only watched her comedy films so this was an interesting change for her. TiffAni and young TiffAni were superb in portraying what is a very horrible event. The flicking back to the past and how it was merged in some scenes with the present were very good and clever and narration that was used was well used especially with the thoughts that were going through TiffAni's mind which were at some times amusing and other times poignant. I think that this film will be one of those films that will leave a lasting impression on viewers. The last scene on 5th Avenue... beautiful!

Really good film, thoroughly enjoyable. The acting was excellent and the plot was unbelievable - very difficult to believe that this was a true story.

Acting bad... even worse than Bruce Willis and Nicolas Cage...

Script was a load of garbage and a totally unreal plot that could never happen...

And where did they get the girl from? Oh yea, and that dumb-looking, low IQ gung-ho cop!!!???

Can't believe I watched it to the end? Feel bad about it and even after 3 days, I can't get over having watched it so... perhaps I'm getting some sort of closure by reviewing it and saving some other poor soul from watching it!

This film was a complete waste of time and a complete mess. What the flip was happening? Absolutely no idea and even the summary on imdb was totally unrelated. What the ... were the characters about? The was a complete mess and if you imagine a director going out on the streets of New York say, and scraping dog mess from the pavement, this is what was presented to us.

Don't bother with this drivel, you'll thank me!

A great film and a great plot and some great script... nothing more to say really!!!!!!

An awful film that is just full of weak acting and pathetic action and fights.

Liam, once again, has shown the need to retire gracefully and to never make a film again. The script was ridiculous, the plot was just unbelievable and the characters were so pathetic and daft. Every character seemed unreal and I am pretty certain that this will be last Lian Neeson film I ever see!

A thoroughly enjoyable film with superb acting... Cate at her absolute finest and Bradley was super cool as was Toni. Fantastic filming, script, acting, atmosphere, and lots of other things... A well-deserved 10 stars IMHO... Not going to say anything else about this film except... "Watch it!"

Neither sci-fi nor a thriller but just a load of well-acted cr@p. Honestly, I wouldn't bother with it. Basically a scam because, I suppose, lying about the genre is one way of increasing viewers but it's another way of getting a rating like 'wot i've given!'... a "1"...

Man oh man... do I ever learn? What an awful film. Every time I say enough, I will never watch another BW film, I do it again. He can't act for toffee and this is another successful attempt of him being a trash actor.

Very disappointing as the story started off ok but it just got worse and worse. Nothing really happened in the film TBH and the ending was just... well crap really!!!

This was terrible... really terrible! Everything about it was bad and it's hard to believe that the people that made this film actually thought they were doing something... artistic! If they were, then they were thinking 'artistically bad'!

Oh yeah, at least the producers could have waited until "Crawford's" eye infection cleared. That guy was bad... really bad and irritating to watch!

Sigourney Weaver is always good and in this film, she was pretty awesome. But the film was boring and after watching it, you realise that nothing actually happened for it to be a good film.

It could have been much better but it failed on plot, some weak actors, and a really crappy story!

Not much to see here... except cr*p acting, ridiculous lineup of pathetic people spewing out a laughable dialogue... and an absolute 'waste of time' plot.

Really guys, don't bother, you'll thank me. Really astounded that it's currently a 5.8!

It started off with me thinking, "no, no, no!" can't/won't watch this.... however, within a few minutes, literally, I thought, yep, this is interesting.

A really enjoyable sci-fi film; granted it was low-budget but, IMHO, it was very good and very enjoyable.

I gave it an 8.

Not really into vampire films but read the film 'bio' and it just said 'an illness'. Saying that, this must be one of the best vampire films ever, plus the setting of the action was awesome. Superb acting from Peri with the way she played her role, just fantastic. My only 'niggle' was the dubbed part as I couldn't understand why they'd be dubbing parts of the film while most of the actors and actresses spoke English. However, it didn't warrant me knocking off a '1' from my '10' rating! Action all the way through and thoroughly entertaining... which films should be.

Probably one of Nicolas Cage's best performances. Everything about this film was good... the filming, the scenery, the acting from all... very emotional and deep and dark.

Recommended even if you're not a Cage fan (as this may change your mind about him).

Chris Pratt did great in this film. A few emotional moments which brought a few gulps and the odd tear and I'm a guy. I just love the way he blended into the various roles of the film and basically, Chris is amazing... really love this guy.

The story was the usual thing with aliens but told in an unusual way which, I think, succeeded. The action was all there, the great graphics and SFX, a couple of corny lines but not enough to lower my rating of a 10.

Really recommend this film - 130 minutes of excellence!

I like Liam Neeson but the new "old and weak" version. He is getting old and his roles are getting very soft and his voice is not as aggressive and exciting as it used to be. The film has nothing that would suggest a "Wow, that was great" but is slow and at some times, irritatingly slow. I think the only bit that sticks in my mind of the whole film was right at the beginning, when he punched the guy making fun of his brother, and he he just fell backwards!

Don't really recommend this film to anyone.
