Nobody (2021)
Reminds me of the 80s action blockbusters
This movie reminded me of the 80s action blockbusters: just a lot of non-sense gratuitous violence, with a Russian villain and lots of bad guys that wouldn't hit an elderly woman using a walker at point-blank range.
I watched it because I expected more from Bob Odenkirk, but got quite disappointed. Heck, this makes Stallone's "First Blood" look like a treatise on Philosophy...
Foundation: The Missing Piece (2021)
Each episode there less of Foundation in Foundation
Another Assimov's most well-known principles down the drain: the first law of robotics, no less, violated by that transgender R. Daneel Olivaw.
I wonder if a single one of the script writers have ever read Assimov beyond the title of the book. Probably they read about Foundation in Wikipedia and that's it, got a general idea and started writing BS.
Foundation: Mysteries and Martyrs (2021)
Assimov wouldn't like this
As a random TV series, it could be entertaining if it didn't look so much like a remake of the already mediocre Star Trek Discovery, but definitely as an adaptation of Assimov's Foundation is an insult.
