Good, but not at the level of JFK Revisited
22 July 2022
For those who don't know, this is the 4 hour expanded edition of JFK Revisited: Through the Looking Glass. Much of the same aspects of the assassination are discussed here, just in more detail. There are also some that weren't mentioned in Revisited. Such as the Harper Fragment and Kennedy's foreign policy with Africa. However, while Revisited was a more appropriate length, and flowed better, this version has more issues. Mostly the structure and editing. Because it cuts back and forth between topics that don't connect and aren't relevant to the assassination. Mostly Kennedy's foreign policy. As someone who's studied the assassination for 8 years, I was let down by this. To be clear, I don't think this version is awful. Far from it. But it has more issues than JFK Revisited. Though that version is much easier for the average viewer to understand. This is version goes into far more detail.

America's Coup d'etat
22 July 2022
As someone who's spent the last several years studying the assassination, I can say with certainty a majority of this documentary is factual. With a great balance of new and old information, it not only succeeds in exploring the disturbing realities of the crime of the 20th century, but more importantly, it's impact. How tragedy and a desire for answers can unite us. Much like the numerous political crimes and scandals that followed, debate has always surrounded it. But thats not the focus. What it does is provide enough information to not only keep you intrigued, but challenge you. To force you to question not just yourself and your values, but the greater ideas of truth, justice, and democracy. Every American needs to see this. To understand how and why the course of this country was changed for all time. With the passing of a man who represented hope. The hope that one day we could and can come together to achieve what he called, "peace in all time."
