Westworld: Trace Decay (2016)
Starting to lose my belief in this show
All shows or movies have one thing to do. That is to suspend our disbelief. Most of the story lines are great and I can see it, with one exception:
The plot line with Maeve is just ridiculous. I like all the other plot lines going, but i started to notice a ton of cracks in the story with Maeve
1- she just knows from the iPad exactly where to go?
2- she threatened to kill both the techs but there are so many instances where they could over power her or shut her down. The threat is empty handed. They could always go report it when she's at the park.
3- her code gives her all these new abilities? Etc.
4 - how is there no cameras or anyone else notice that she's malfunctioning? I would think that if these things are so valuable that the analysts would notice something. Etc.
Conan the Barbarian (2011)
Almost so bad that it's good
This movie might almost be worth it, just for the amount of ridiculous scenes in it. There are multiple cuts that don't make any sense, but the best parts and the unintentional hilarity that ensues from some of the more ridiculous scenes that happen on the movie. Too bad there aren't more of those scenes, otherwise I would recommend watching it with a few buddies. As of now, just try to watch a lowlight clips of it on YouTube.
The Lego Star Wars Holiday Special (2020)
Better than the sequel trilogy
A fun story set on life day after the sequel trilogy is finished. It has more character growth for Rey in this 40 minute Lego special, than the whole trilogy has combined. It teaches some good lessons, and it's jokes are hit or miss, but at the end of the day it leaves a left to be desired.
New Girl: About Three Years Later (2018)
Very frustrating
The last few seasons, and especially this episode has made me realize what has been bothering me. The entire story plots are based around miscommunication!!!! They only want to create unnecessary drama. Instead of character growth they do this; which makes the whole thing feel like they are just teasing the audience. Especially after nick and jess broke up the first time.
